I haven’t been successful with this bread machine, feel like I have purchased a brick maker!!! I suggest you spend a little more money and get a different machine with a separate yeast slot!

Im returning this after 4 different bread attempts. First 3 didn't fully mix all the ingredients, which I put liquids first like your suppose to. The fourth didn't fully cook, so I did manual cook an extra 30min, still not cooked, so another 30, still not cooked.

Purchased this as a gift for myself. Opened it Christmas morning with intentions of making the bread for the family dinner. Following the instructions for initial use, immediately had an ERR code displaying. Nothing in the book explains how to clear. Unplugging/replugging did nothing. None of the buttons would work. The heating element wasn't level, but moving it back level didn't help either. What a disappointment and humiliation (instead of the promised fresh homemade dinner rolls for our holiday meal, family got to have old hot dog buns, tortillas, and the tail end of some sliced bread loafs as my dinner contribution). This has had good reviews, so I've been in a dilemma of whether to return for exchange or to get my money back. I like the options available and the sale pricing was affordable. Was really wanting a breadmaker (my last one broke when it "walked" off the counter) for making bread. It was just a bummer this one wouldn't work. Only saying that I would recommend is due to features and assuming a working machine is received.

Have had two recipe failures so far using the supplied recipes in the book. Not sure this was such a good deal...but we will try one more time.

It is ok. The instructions are horrible and no website support. There are better brands out there. Opened late or would have returned.

The box was delivered, already open. I didn’t even bother unpacking it, I just took it back.

Bread is really dense and the instuction book recipes are not good. I had a heavier one before and worked well. Quality not great

The information book doesn’t give you enough information. Better to Google watch videos before you give it your first try if you don’t wanna waste any product.

Just didn't work for me. I tried three times and could never get a good loaf of bread. For the most part, it just did not rise. And using a bread maker I already had, a larger Panasonic model, and the same mixings, bread made in the other unit came out just fine. A call to Bella Pro Customer Service asked me to send an email , pictures, and description of the problem. I sent the email and never heard anything back. The unit was returned for a refund.

The instruction manual is poor. Company agrees there are errors in it. So my first attempt at making a loaf of bread was a flop.

Decent built. Value for the money. you would need the white flour even when you are making whole wheat bread. That was little disappointing for me.

Purchased on sale. Thought would be great opportunity to make my own bread without all the extra additives of store purchased bread.
