Happy With This Little Bread Maker

It's a great little bread maker, and very easy to clean. My only complaint is that I find it too easy to make a loaf of bread, and we have too much bread around to eat. I've made the "basic bread" and french bread recipes that come in the manual, and they're alright. I also went out on a limb and made banana bread, but the 3rd party recipe said to use the bread makers "quick and sweet" setting -- this bread maker has a "quick" and a "sweet" setting, not combined. I used "sweet" and it was a little under cooked, so I just put it back for 20 minutes on a manual cook and the bread was perfect.

You can Taylor the bread recipe to meet your needs. what I really like is that its extremely easy to use. Just add the ingredients, push the button to the desired kind of bread and size. Then walk away and wait for it to beep when done. If I had the counter space, I would buy 3 and make 3-5 loaves a day! LOVE IT!

Fun and easy to use bread machine

Measure out the ingredients, add them to the pan and hit the button. I’ve made the basic and French recipes each twice now and a gluten free loaf. I’m still tweaking the recipes, but got decent results with the French and basic. The gluten-free bread was a not so great. Maybe I’ll try again after some research.
