Arrived in a smashed box and broken. No help in getting a replacement Just threw it in garbadge

Upon plugging unit in for the first time, it lit up and made noise but heating element did not warm up. returned to store for refund.

The suggested cooking times for different types of foods must be followed to avoid under or over cooking. After I cooked some meat, I saw some drained grease and fat that dripped from the grated bottom of the basket. The Bella Pro Series - 2-qt. Analog Air Fryer - Black Matte makes cooked meats less greasy. This air fryer is only for a one person meal. I only needed two chicken thighs in the basket to fill it completely. It cooks meat all the way through and maintains the tenderness and juiciness of meats air fried. It benefits my kitchen having the Bella Pro Series - 2-qt. Analog Air Fryer - Black Matte, because of the ease of use and the versatile food menus that can be prepared with it.

Small but very efficient; uses far less counter space. It’s very easy to clean especially with a silicon liner.

It worked only once and it never turned on again, I tried all troubleshoots.

I bought 3 air fryers. But 1 never heated I think that was defective. The store no accept return after 3 weeks.

The Bella Pro Series Air Fryer does not over do it. While it is capable it keeps it simple, manual temperature set along with a manual timer. The capacity is good for a decent batch of french fries or one, possibly two chicken breasts. I have a larger Bella Air Fryer unit with all the bells and whistles, however I actually like this one better as the heating element is 1200 watts in comparison the larger unit which is substantially bigger but I feel is underpowered. This is is great little air fryer and performs well. Pros: - high wattage heating element - basic and simple, no digital controls to mess with Cons: - has a slight smell at first, heat the unit a few times, wipe out before using.

Not so great. It takes longer time to cook. Wish I could return it but now I can’t return it any more.

Drawer refused to close after one use. Extremely frustrating

Broke after two months of having it. Wouldn’t not close all the week.

Worked good for 3 months. Don’t waste your time, just get another one.

I was very disappointed that item didn’t get delivered. It was a gift for my Son on a military base.

First day the fan ran hot within the first five minutes and sounded like a rattling can.

We love it! Perfect size for 2 of us.... It's great for pizza, french fries, any thing needing a reheat for crispness! Easy to clean too!
