Able to get toast out with extra lift,if needed. Looks nice on my counter with black and stainless. Has bagel and defrost setting.

Build quality is questionable AT LEAST painted lab

Looks great. Burns the toast!

I started at #3 which is the recommended setting in the instructions. Toast was burnt. Went to setting #2. Toast was burnt. I am going to try setting #1 (the lowest possible setting) and if the toast is still burnt I will return the toaster. I do like the stainless steel, clean lines and the digital counter. Now if I can only get it to toast bread!
