I picked up at store, Item is damaged when I opened it

I am barely opening it up and it is damaged, very disappointed in Bestbuy

We picked up the item At the store. And today I’m about to used it and found out the item has dent/damage. I tried to call for exchange and they said they only have 14 days to return or exchange the item.

I purchased this product hoping for a functional rice cooker. Unfortunately it was damaged when it arrived.

Never worked from the start. Got error messages. Manual said to call customer service. Lousy customer service. Should not have given it a few chances. Should have brought it right back to BB.

Damaged product, Product has dent on outer side. Quality is also not that good

Not worth buying it. light stay on can’t reset it.

Shipping Box ok. But the rice cooker Pot damaged. No recommendations !

I have been looking for a large and effective rice cooker for my family of 5. I love that this one can do so many things. I can also steam my veggies while the rice is cooking. Such a great idea to include a steamer bowl with this item. Love it.

Solid rice cooker. Has a large capacity, simple to set up and use, and affordable. I like all the options (including white or brown rice, saute, soup, slowcook). Also, it has a delay-start timer. Cons: I wish the lid had a detachable component that could be cleaned. Also, the rice sometimes burns at the bottom. It would be nice knowing how long the rice has been sitting on the "warm" setting as well.

Bought this as a replacement for my broken down rice cooker. This is a must have appliance for our household and used almost everyday, originally from Philippines. We are family of 3 and this is perfect, not too big. Just the right size for my kitchen . Can cooked up to 10-15 cups of raw rice for family gatherings. Best of it all, got it at Bestbuy when it was on sale! I cant remember how much exactly, but believe me, it was a steal. I should have bought 2 that time. I know my rice cooker.

This is my first rice cooker purchased. I’m very happy with how easy it is to use. Just add rice and water and walk away. I havnt used the keep warm feature but every other aspect of this cooker is solid. I’ve made brown rice and jasmine rice and have always had great results. I have only had for two months but so far so good

Nice big cooker/steamer. I like the fact that it’s large. The thing i don’t like is you can’t tell what is going on if your making rice. It only counts down the last ten minutes, so if your making rice for dinner and you need it at a certain time you may have to wait. I found that making my rice way ahead of time works best since it as a warmer in it. This machine has its pro’s and con’s. Easy to clean...pro. Water collection around the lid after using it..con. Large and deep tub for stock and soups..pro. It takes up more space on the counter than i like. So you have some of my pro’s and con’s. I like it but if something comes around that works better, it’s gone.

I’ve been wanting a rice cooker for awhile and when this went on a deal of the day sell I figured let me try it. Wow! It is so easy to use, clean and the rice comes out perfect. Definitely worth even regular price.

This rice cooker is great and I got it half price on sale! It cooks rice very well. There are options for risottos, steaming and a slow cooker option! It's very easy to use and gets the job and more done. The only negative thing I can say about it is the lid isnt removable so the only way to clean it is wipe it with a cleaning cloth. Very small thing to complain about!

I got it during the BestBuy deal of the day for around 20$, definitely worth it! Pros: 1. Great price 2. Nice and secure packaging 3. Cook time is not bad 4. Size of the product 5. Good number of presets 6. Build quality is very nice Cons: 1. The lid cannot be separated for cleaning Overall a great purchase!

Excellent rice cooker! I bought this on a 24 hour flash sale for $20 and for the price, I love it. That being said, it retails at $70 and is well worth that price tag. We've cooked lots of rice and steamed veggies and potstickers with this. It's our go to appliance now.

This product makes the perfect rice every time. Great value.
