    I ended up returning this. The base of the blender leaked, and not at the sealing ring or anywhere fixable, it was where the plastic connected to the glass pitcher. So no point in keeping it.

    After the fifth use, the blade and the lid were stuck together and could not be opened anyway. The food inside had fermented and smelled and was ready to throw it away.

    After purchasing this product it was broken right out if the box and I can’t even get a replacement. Not what I expected from Best Buy being a regular customer

    Initially worked fine made good smoothies. Sometimes if carafe wasn’t tightened it could leak on sides. Then it started to leak from main seal by blades. There is no way to tighten. It was used less than 15 times & has worn out. The assembly will cost more than whole machine. It still looks great. But leaks constantly while using. Save your money buy something better.
