Not bad of you trying to eat healthier without the flying.

Works great! Good for a snack, but to small for a meal.

Bigger than I thought and my kitchen is small. I’ll consider a smaller one.

Have had it for a month now and food still taste like plastic. It’s gives off a nasty burning plastic order.

I don't like the smell it gives no matter how many times it's been used. I'll be looking into a better brand for air fryers.

picked up item from store and upon opening at home the item was used and not new as it has scratches all over it. I contacted support who told me I could only get help in store since it was an in store pickup. Due to being in a non driving issue, I wasn't back into the city just to exchange this item. Can see from other reviews that this has happened to them as well. Would not recommend this product or bestbuy

Stopped working after 1st use. The timer would go back to zero and the thing would switch off whenever I try to switch it on

I've used the air fryer twice and it has left a burning smell after each time I've used it.

At first, it was a great product but one of the screws fell out of the pan and it is loose. Now, the clip on part of the end of the handle fell off. I have not even owned it for a year yet so I do not have confidence that it will last much longer. I would recommend shopping around for other ones.

Bought online and got a used unit sent, very disappointed with best buy for the first time.

I purchased the Bella air fryer six weeks ago and the screws are coming off, the handle is lose. I contacted Best Buy and they will not fix it or replace it, I highly recommend to not purchase this air fryer, it will NOT less.

Ordered as a house warming gift and they called and said it wouldn't power on. BB did make return easy and bought the Ninja which works perfectly they have told me.

I wouldn't buy this again. Customer service was non-eesponsive. Quality of the product needs improvement at best. But in fairness it does airfry well .. just not for very long.

it was in the garbage 5 months later the suction cup legs came of in 2 weeks to begin

cheap plastic interior and screws were falling off the plastic. returned the day of delivery.

Too greasy! I was expecting it to be a much better cooker. Very disappointed.

I decided it was too much to clean. So I returned it.

Makes reheating small items so easy. Much prefer using this to a microwave.

After only a 3 months of frequent use, this air fryer is falling apart. A screw popped out which I attempted to put back in place but couldn't. Contacted customer service and they said not our problem. It is still usable without the screw though so I keep using it. Then the nonstick coating on the bottom of the pan comes off and I see it bubbling out on the side of the pan. Also, one of the little rubber things on the rack became dislodged, I put it back but it gets slightly broken in the process and has not been the same since. Additionally, the timer gets stuck from time to time but i have learned how to make it work again when it does this. Does it still function? Yes. But it is a sad fragment of what it was. If you actually want to use your air fryer everyday, don't buy this one.
