Cooks well but sometimes it doesn’t work, there’s a delay and after four months the pan is peeling and the screws are loose on the inside of the basket.

The teflon coating inside the pan has peeled off and very thinly applied.

Thus far I am incredibly please with this air fryer! My favorite feature of it is the fact that the cooking pan and air circulation crisping tray insert are both dishwasher safe, making clean up as easy as tossing both components in the dishwasher. Also, the pan and crisping tray are nonstick, so I am finding I am using less oil. I have found that the touch screen interface is high quality and easy to navigate. As with other air fryer’s, it offers different modes like bake, dehydrate, air circulate, etc. to help you accomplish whatever cooking task you are going for. Thus far I have made frozen chicken strips and sweet potato fries inside of this air cooker and have found that this air fryer is indeed far more efficient and quicker to get the job done than my full-sized oven. I also have really enjoyed making a 1.5Ibs pork loin and 6 chicken drum sticks inside this air fryer with great success! The 4qt size handles 3.3Ibs worth of food according to the description and is good for about 3-5 people for servings of items such as fries and chicken strips, and I see this as being correct. Of course, you are able to scale down if you are single like me and most of the time just cooking for yourself or wanting leftovers for later. A feature that I like about this air fryer is the turn reminder that lets you know when you are halfway through the cooking time so you can flip or shake the items inside as needed. My only thought there is I would appreciate a louder beep than it comes with stock as it can be hard to hear if you are not in close proximity. Another feature I appreciate is how you can pull out the tray and reinsert anytime during the cooking cycle and it will resume the cooking cycle you are on. Overall, I am very pleased with this Air Fryer and happy to have it in my kitchen!

What’s not to like about this air fryer! Unlike the more traditional models you find on the shelf, this doesn’t have an older fashioned turn dial for temp and time. This makes for greater accuracy with temperature, and no loss in time if you’re pulling the pan out to shake the basket. In the box you’ll find the crisping tray, which has really well though out rubber edges to keep it in place, without the fear of loosing one during a wash. The unit plugs right in, and you’re welcomed with a nice red power button on the display indicating that it’s ready to power up. What I like the most about this unit is the ease of setup for frying. Load up the basket (with the tray), push into the machine and power it up. The easy to use touch interface allows you to select from various settings. In this case, Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm, Pizza, and Dehydrate. For most users, the “Air Fry” option will likely get the most use, and this unit does it incredibly well. Using a more traditional air fryer is often a test of the turn dials for time and temp, with rather unprecise settings. This often leads to under or over cooking items if you’re not checking them often. The Bella Pro, on the other hand, allows you to either use a preset time/temp based on the mode picked, or allows you to custom set a temp (up to 400 degrees), and times up to 60 minutes (1 hour). While the unit is pretty much ready out of the box, I’d recommend a good hand wash of the pan and tray to eliminate any chemical like smell during the first cook. If you’re lucky enough to get a meal with setting recommendations on the packaging, you’ll find that the meal comes out PERFECT! Not a “oops, it didn’t cook all the way” or a regret of not checking it often, just perfect! I’ve begun purchasing more frozen food items, with included instructions for air fryers and convection ovens. For my initial use, I opted to make some chicken nuggets that showed instructions for 10 minutes, at 375 degrees. The Bella Pro was easy to set both of these, and just kind of forget it. However, where this really shines is the execution. The Bella will make an audible tone for you to “shake” the basket or check the food, and doesn’t at all lose track of time. Meaning no adjustments are needed to add back a minute or two from shaking the contents. The pre-heat is much quicker than my other Air Fryer, meaning cooking is started more precisely; requiring few adjustments to cook properly. It even gives you a nice audible tone for when it’s done. Time and time again, from potatoes to vegetables, the Bella Pro simply delivered on the ease of cooking. To take it even further, I used the broil setting to make a burger, and it came out perfectly cooked, with no adjustments made to the preset. If you need to add some more time, simply tap the time while it’s cooking and it will adjust. Cleaning was even easier. The basket doesn’t have any fins or cut outs for food to get lodged in the pan. The included tray holds in place really well, as the included rubber ends stay in place, without fear of them “slipping off” like other air fryers. My dishwasher was easily able to clean it all, and the exterior of the air fryer is also easy to wipe down. My only advice is using a soft cloth to clean the touch screen, to avoid deep scratches from appearing. Overall, I’m really impressed with the Bella Pro Air Fryer. It not only looks like more of a premium appliance, but it over delivers with great meals with ease. I can’t give this Air Fryer enough praise!

If there is a '0', I would choose 0; I bought it about 6 months ago and I have NEVER use metal or hard cloth to scratch the basket; This week, I just found a circle area peel from the bottom; There isn't any scratch from me or it could not be a circle shape; As a 'PRO', it should have work at least 1 year??? I also have the other BELLA air fryer, it works well even after 2 years; I have contacted the offical warranty but they said they can do nothing; I am doubt this product has bad quality and you could have choose a better air fryer instead of this one; It is really disappointing to buy it

Due to heavy plastic odor every time it was on, I had to return it. The plastic smell just never went away, regardless what the instructions say that it will be gone after the first use. Also, there's a cancer and reproductive warning hidden at the bottom of the box (see photo).

The Bella Pro Series 4-qt. Digital Air Fryer has been an amazing, compact-but-mighty tool to enjoy all my favorite fried foods in a healthier way! As a college student, this air fryer works fabulously in terms of convenience for when you're in a rush and still want to make a full meal. The digital interface really makes this easy to use and navigate, and since this was my first time owning an air fryer, ease of use was super important to me! So far I've used this air fryer to make french fries, chiles rellenos, and fried chicken, and it's taken less than 40 minutes for each. I would highly recommend this air fryer to anyone looking for a mighty air fryer that puts in the work at a great value. Super simple. Effective. And worth the price. Its been 2 years and its still performing great. Super practical size and funtions. Nothing complicated The only dumb thing that was designed was them deciding to lift the tray with 4 tiny silicone feet. I lost them in the first few months, but using 2 sheets of foil folded into logs works great.

Display is going bad already so it does not matter if it is easy to clean or nice to cook with for only since it was only good for 7,weeks.

There are so many positives on the actual air fryer which I wasn't expecting. 1. It is not noisy at all! I am not an expert but when viewing air fryers on youtube to get recipes etc they sounded very loud but this one does not. 2. Looks great and easy to use. My mom uses this as she is approaching 90 years old and cant walk or cook as well anymore, she has zero problem using this air fryer and getting food very quickly while I am at work. 3. Taste AMAZING 4. Clean up: SO quick and easy, run it and let the steam do the work 5. I opted to add a small pan underneath it so it doesnt heat the counter but I think its overkill to worry about that. I highly recommend it for those that are crunched with time or are caregivers or just want a healthy alternative to the oils etc etc.

I had a Bella Pro Series air fryer last year and the fan noise was the most disappointing thing about it. This year's model seems to be a huge improvement and it is much quieter. It does a great job at providing browned and crispy food. If you use one of the preset options, you also get a reminder to flip the food at certain intervals. Something that I think all air fryers should have as it is needed to cook everything evenly. The touchscreen is simple to use, but I still don’t like how it completely cuts off when you pull the fry pan out. It does return to temperature and time where it left off when you return the pan, but no indication it is waiting. Overall a simple and effective air fryer.

Dinner for 2 or sometimes 3. This is the perfect solution. From tator tots to mini pizzas and chicken nuggets or even vegies, offers multiple choices and 1500 watts of power to get it done. Love the touch panel interface. Very straight forward. Looks good on the kitchen counter also. Bella is forward in their designs and technologoes. Great products! You won't be disappointment.

Basket rusts after a few washes. I am going to try and get my money back or an exchange.

The air fryer arrived after a four-day wait. It was badly damaged when I opened the package. I don't think it was damaged in transit because it was tightly packed.

This is our first air fryer. I wasn’t sure if this would be too small or too big, but for the price, it was worth the experiment. The digital face is easy to use. The space in the bucket is sufficient for our reheating needs. We use this now more than the microwave, and we throw away less food because we know we can get leftover things crispy and reheated as good or close to when we had it in the restaurant. If you are looking to make bigger meals, you’ll need a bigger air fryer. But we use this for not only reheating some leftovers, but also for things like individual pizzas, corn dogs, smaller meat items, vegetables for a meal, etc. And this air fryer doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. It’s truly perfect for people who don’t have a lot of space, want to reheat or cook smaller items (not big enough for a full size chicken), and want to save money by not throwing away leftovers, and want a healthier cooking option. We haven’t had any issues with this air fryer and highly recommend it!!

Very easy to use. Great size for 1-2 people. Easy clean up. The rubber feet on the bin insert can be a little harder to clean and come undone but not to tricky to put back in place. The body of the unit doesn't get hot so feels very safe. Decent length power cord. Convenient reminder to flip/turn contents halfway or in intervals. I bought this for my home because I knew my boyfriend would get a lot of use out of it. Now his mom really wants one too. It feels name greasy or fatty foods healthier because the oils and fats will fall to the bottom underneath the bottom insert. Wonderful investment.

I have been looking at air fryers for quite a while but had been hesitant to purchase. I have an oven, convection oven and a microwave - do I really need one more appliance for baking. Well the answer was a resounding YES. My daughter asked for an air fryer for Christmas and I purchased one for her (quite a bit more expensive and larger than this one) - and she has raved about it -- she can cook an entire meal in hers for her family - quick, convenient, healthy, easy to clean, etc. Based on her opinion I decided to get one - we are a retired older couple - so went with this Bella Pro Series 4 quart. Wanted to get something small and inexpensive to see if I liked it. Well this baby has totally blown us away - we have coked chicken, salmon, hamburgers, pork chops, and a really great thing was "grilled meatloaf". That is something we love at a local restaurant and decided to try making it in the air fryer. Basically you take an already baked meatloaf (in the oven) slice it to your preference and "grill" it in the air fryer. It was delicious. I am so in love with this thing we bought a second one and had it sent to our 90+ year old parents in Florida. We have been making our own videos when we cook on it and sending it to them and they are now air fryer fanatics also. Am planning on upgrading to a larger unit as I know I am now an air fryer convert. Will be passing this baby along to my son as it will be perfect for him. If you are in doubt about air fryers and only need a small one THIS ONE IS PERFECT. Easily holds two pork chops, 3 1/4# burgers, 2 salmon fillets, 2 medium chicken breasts, etc. Clean up is a dream - use silicone utensils to avoid scratching inside surface non stick material. Small profile so does not take much counter space. 5 very big stars for the Bella Pro Series 4 quart Air Fryer.
