Great deal on this little oven. It takes a little time to understand the control, but once you get the hand of it, you can use it to replace more of your baking needs from the bigger oven.

I am not sure if the unit I bought was defective, but I returned since there was an unbearable loud tone or alarm sound every time you changed a function, the temperature, and time (as applicable). I can understand having this feature to indicate when preheated or complete, so likely mine was defective. If this was intended design, I am surprised of all the great reviews. I never tried out the features so cannot say how well this works as a toaster or oven.

Just used it for the 1st time..I love it. Equal temp for baking. I will not need to use my big oven. It makes baking mac and cheese and homemade corn bread a breeze.

We had been looking for an affordable toaster oven that could fit plenty of items, like a frozen pizza and cakes and pies. We actually purchased a different one first, but then noticed it had non-stick coating on the inside. Why would you need extra chemicals coating the walls of the toaster oven? So we quickly returned it and found this one. This does not have a coating, thankfully. We have used it quite a bit and it’s been great. Our stove oven stopped working recently (and we don’t really want to deal with people coming into the house to fix it because of the pandemic) and this has nicely replaced it. I only use the bake and toaster options and I don’t think the convection feature works well, so I turn it off every time, but the bake option has cooked everything beautifully. Plus there are 3 different baking heights, so I can sometimes bake on the bottom level and the top level at the same time. Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent and easy-to-use. Have been using it for the past one year.

Wife loves it for quick meals. Good size to cook many meals.

I kind of only bought this item because it was on sale at the same time I was buying something else that was on sale. Since I've started using it, I haven't been disappointed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's not an exact science to narrowing down the time it takes vs what it would take in a conventional oven especially given that I always use the convection cooking setting. It cooks so much faster for most of the items that I've used it for that I came close to over cooking them but since I don't cook often, it was no set it and forget it so I was there watching it cook. So far I have no complaints. I foolishly punctured the plastic covering the baking sheet with my finger and cut myself on the bottom of it. There's no reason that it should be that sharp but I take it as user error. I got this on sale at half price so I'm going to upgrade that 4 to a 5 star because of the value even with the reason I was going to take a star. If I paid regular price, I'd give it 4 stars.

Nice size and well designed controls. Construction is on the cheap side but time will tell (thin metal, short screws, etc). Big problem is the rack guide design that allows the racks to tip downward as they side out. This is a user safety issue that apparently has been accepted or ignored by BELLA. The Kitchenaid predecessor to the BELLA had a design that precluded this problem.

I bought this for my son whose old toaster oven was gross! He absolutley loves it -it's so much bigger inside than his other one and cooks everything!

the notification beep is extremely loud compared to my former toaster ovens. do not operate if you need to be quiet.

I replaced my older Black and Decker toaster oven with this Bella. Works great and especially like the convection as foods cook faster. I highly recommend this product.

First off, this toaster oven is a really nice product. It's build quality and design are top notch. Plus, the unit has a ton of different modes and is an actual convection oven, although it doesn't straight out advertise it. That being said, my biggest gripe with the product is how loud it is. Not loud in the sense of cooking, but loud in that the beeping it does to let you know it's preheated, or done cooking, or even just selecting different modes and temperatures is obnoxious. And there is no way to turn it down. If there was, I'd give it 5 stars in a heart beat. It even preheats like a real oven so you can keep to the actual cook time of food instead of having to guess with traditional toaster ovens. Overall, great product, just loud.

Love my toaster. Only downside is the loud beeping. Other than that nice crisp English muffins every time. Nice even toasting on bread. Even good to bake salmon. Reheating fried chicken super easy. Pizza from scratch use preset and its perfect every time. It is even way cooler in the summer than my huge oven.

My toaster oven is a great buy. I really like the convection oven. Saves me time and I don't have to turn on the oven and heat up the house.

Our oven went out so this was a great alternative til a replacement

Very nice toaster oven. The convention is nice to only flaw I have found is when cooking a frozen pizza thin crust one has to rotate it halfway through or it burns.
