First off, this toaster oven is a really nice product. It's build quality and design are top notch. Plus, the unit has a ton of different modes and is an actual convection oven, although it doesn't straight out advertise it. That being said, my biggest gripe with the product is how loud it is. Not loud in the sense of cooking, but loud in that the beeping it does to let you know it's preheated, or done cooking, or even just selecting different modes and temperatures is obnoxious. And there is no way to turn it down. If there was, I'd give it 5 stars in a heart beat. It even preheats like a real oven so you can keep to the actual cook time of food instead of having to guess with traditional toaster ovens. Overall, great product, just loud.

Very nice toaster oven. The convention is nice to only flaw I have found is when cooking a frozen pizza thin crust one has to rotate it halfway through or it burns.

This is a very good toaster oven, until it malfunctioned causing smoke, the reason for the 3 stars. I was baking bread sticks and started to smell something burning that did not smell like food. I ran to my kitchen and there was smoke coming out of the side of the toaster near the display. I turned it off and unplugged it. I returned it to Best Buy, told them what happened and they exchanged it for a new one. I hope this does not happen with this one.

Love this toaster, I cook everything in it, bit of a learning curve because it gets hot, burnt my pizza lol. Also, wish you didn't have to go through all the preset setting again if you accidentally pass the one you want. But got it on sale and couldn't be happier! Not sure its worth the retail price.

This is a nice easy to use toaster oven. It includes a crumb tray and pan to toast items on for less mess.

Love this toaster. It's a bit on the big side for my kitchen. But it is super easy to use and I don't have to heat my big oven up.

Quality built and great price. I cook anything in this not just toast. Casseroles, pizza, broil fish and meats. Its great.

Excellent small convection oven. The convection process cooks quickly and evenly. The other functions are easy to access and also work well (i.e., toast, etc.). More room than the "average" toaster oven. 4 stars only because there is no internal lamp.

One of the better ovens I own that toast bread well and bakes just as good. Only negative I have is the annoying loud chime when you select your cooking options and timer when food is ready. The size is great for a 12" pizza and the convection cooking shortens cooking time. Bought this oven on sale for $70 which is performing better than ovens I owned costing twice as much. Used it under a month but I just hope it lasts more than a few years. So far a good buy.
