Parchment paper is the only solution and it scorches easily. Nothing has to be used, but then the tray would look burned. The oven does cook great. I wouldn't return this product for that reason,

It has all the functions I need, but wish I knew of a similar model that includes the air-fryer feature. I could have bought the 2 in 1 model and avoid buying a separate air-fryer in the future.
