When it worked it cooked good to great. It was best at pizza and toasting small dishes to keep us from firing up our main oven. The cook mode, time, and temperature options are great. A few weeks ago we got a flash from the vent behind the main display when we turned the unit on and it went blank. Getting customer service from Bella to talk to me about the two year warranty has been a difficult task. Email seems to be the only option. When calling on the phone all you get is "that entension is not available" reply. When working this is a good oven but don't rely on Bella for support.
