Bought it to make waffles but is also a great oven

Melted the components inside and just fell apart in less then a year Of light use. Before it broke we barely used it because it is so loud you can hear it from space. There is no way to turn off the loud beeps that it makes when changing the settings or doing anything. No one could use the toaster if anyone in the entire house was sleeping. It would make my dogs go crazy and the fire department come. Worst purchase ever in 50 years.

Worked great for 9 months until it started emitting horrible electrical burning smell. I then looked at reviews and apparently many people have had the same issue. I contacted both Bella warranty service as well as Best Buy by email. Both received no responses. It is a shame as we spent several thousand dollars at Best Buy last year on appliances after moving. At least this item was only a waste of $75 after tax. This will be my last purchase of both Bella products and from Best Buy.

All of a sudden does not work. Bought just before Christmas and we are in January.

Stopped working within 3 months. beep sound couple of times and just stopped turning on.

Haven't had a chance to use this toaster yet so I can't comment on how it works but I picked in up on Black Friday for a great price. I am excited to start using this on an everyday basis.

The toaster oven looks great. The digital display is fantastic, however it leaves much to desire when it comes to temperature adjustments

Wrote the review before but it was probably censored, i would not recommend this because it has sharp edges in the metal tray. I had a bad opening box experience. You know what i mean.

Very dissapointed in this toaster oven. We used to be able to make many things in our toaster oven, but when we "upgraded" to this one, now any attempt to heat things up (pizza, veggies, etc), it begins to smoke and we have to use our full size oven. We keep it immaculately clean, do not use foil (per the safety instructions), and yet have found it to be unusuable. Will be donating and re-buying the same toaster we had originally.

It seems to take a long time to toast the first time of the day if I do something right after then is hit and is quicker. Nice and big fit 3 bagels at a time.

It works well although I wouldn’t suggest using the time set in the presets. I do t like that it always seems to be on because the screen never turns off.

I ordered this toaster oven during a 50% off deal of the day... I was originally looking for a toaster because my old one broke and I needed a replacement... I noticed this item and it looked like a better product because it does more than your average toaster but after reading the instruction booklet I couldn't help but notice how many warnings there were in regards to using this product... I just wanted a simple toaster oven on my kitchen counter to make toast / toasting bagels or maybe warming up leftovers without always having to use my oven. These are the reasons why I returned it... #1 be aware that depending on the countertop material you place this product on there may be damage to your countertop due to the heat from this device... they recommend having something between the toaster and your counter to withstand the heat... something that won't warp, melt or catch on fire. #2 you can't use an extension cord ( I tried it once and the extension plug connected to the outlet was very hot! when I unplugged it ) #3 since this unit has a stainless steel body which looks nice! But it does get hot and stays hot for a while so be mindful of what's nearby ( hopefully you won't brush up against it accidentally and get burned ) I personally feel that these issues were just too much for me to justify keeping this oven so I took it it back for a refund. Very very bed. After 3 months problem started. Non of the function worked. Every time I try to use for any of the, it went off.

Toaster oven was defective when received. Best Buy will not allow me to return it. Now I have to dispute charge.

Lasted only 2 years before bottom heating element gave out.

It’s a very good toaster oven, but sometimes the heat is WAYY to much..it burns my toast even at level 1

Returned it. Did not like it. Did like the controls or much about it.

The item was to large and the area was to small. The item was very nice and it looked very efficient.
