I bought it because my whole kitchen is black stainless steel. The oven only has a black stainless looking front. It seems cheaply built, my crumb tray is already rusted. Stainless steel doesn't rust. It's only a few weeks old and I'm regretting this purchase. Another thing I hate, it's easy to accidentally turn the oven on but difficult to shut it off. It seems to stay on after you hit the cancel button

Works well but the paint turns a very dark color over time and starts to look like an eye sore in the kitchen.

Oven was everything that I wanted until it began to malfunction a few months after I began using it. First, the digital display became almost unreadable. Suddenly, it corrected itself. Next, the interior fan became very noisy. Then, a few weeks later, the digital display went out completely, rendering the unit unusable.

It is the loudest freaking toaster oven changing between functions it beeps real loud it so annoying

It works as described, but the selection change, could wake the dead. No way to turn it down, afraid to use in AM. Max baking temp is 450, sucks for those cheese sticks that require 475.

It worked great and then it started to take a long time to toast and cook things. Eventually, it stopped working all together. We tried the breaker and different plugs. Definitely, the machine died. Luckily, we had GSP and got a different toaster ( not this Bella Pro toaster).

I was one of the lucky ones. After just reading other reviews I read the toaster would stop working after 9 months. Mine lasted over 2 years and I should be thrilled. Now I have the choice of tossing this pretty hunk of metal in the landfill or trying to fix it for 2X the retail price. Customer service said "sorry, bight the bullet and buy another one". LOL

Died after eleven months. Warranty was supposed to be for two years. Company sent numerous emails wasting my time requesting photos of the serial number, and with the cord cut, but never sent any refund. I would not buy anything from this company

I have had this unit for about around 2 months and the unit already stopped working used it for mostly pizzas and the unit overheated now I have to have it fixed! I have it in a well ventilated area as well so I must of gotten a defective unit.

great, lots of room, can cook large pizza in, good controls. only con is after years one of the buttons kind of spazzes out and starts cooking while i'm still trying to select mode.

It was great for about few months with light usage but for the past few days the fans are making a very loud noise. I would not recommend this oven.

Found this on sale and purchased it. It worked great for 9 months and suddenly just quit working. Very disappointed and now trying to get a refund since the manufacturer can’t repair or replace.

everything burns even if they put it at the lowest temperature

This was a good toaster, but it died after 4 months. I've stayed on hold multiple times to start a warranty claim, but they keep you on hold for 10 min then disconnect you. I sent emails which have not been answered. I will not buy another Bella product.

This product I hope has been recalled. "It is a fire hazard." If you smell something that smells like plastic burning. It is! The thermostat on my unit lasted about maybe two months. Good company because we reported it and were finally sent a refund for our purchase.

The digital feature stopped working. The oven works well but I think they need to improve the quality.

Do not buy stopped working after only 2 months of use. Will never buy a Bella product again.

Bad quality!! it was good when it worked but only lasted 3 months and the buttons started to make beeping sounds and going off on their own, we have to keep it unplugged .

Worked awesome .... I bought it about 6 months ago then one day it blinked and worked off and on for a couple of days then it stopped. I emailed the manufacturer and it’s been about 3 months now and I have not heard back. I miss having it....
