Bought this June 15 of 2019 and yesterday September 12 2020 it died. I have honesyly only used it 15 or 20 times. Totally unacceptable.

Purchased this product on 4/20/19. On 6/15 it stopped working!!! Best Buy will not give me an exchange or credit.

Great device while it worked. I had to replace two units. I finally gave up on the product when the second one died.

We ordered black stainless steel. We got a black front and stainless steel on the sides and top. NOT BLACK STAINLESS STELL!!

It came with Dent on the side left side smh and it came super late supposed to get it on 11th can’t in 15th

I returned it and haven’t got the full rewards back to my account

Was WAY to big on the kitchen counter top. Almost the same size of the main oven.

Is not what I expected. I could not figure out how to turn off.

I finally replaced a toaster for this much more multi-use counter top oven. It works great, broils, bakes, warms. Used it for heating pizza, Parmesan toasted buns, yes little butter topped with parmesan = great toasted buns, crisping buffalo wings, etc. And what a great deal with deal price and got it fast. Best Buy is the TOP Online and brick&mortar store business on the planet in my book. The Best, hey it's in their name. Electronics, Appliances, Computers, etc. They can't be beat. Number one in service and deals. Thanks!!!! Best Buy.

I love this and its so easy to use. i don't like my food heated up im microwave this is much better

after looking at several other toasters I found this. It is perfect.

I bought this for my son and he Loves it! He loves the size of it and all the functions...and I bought it on pre-black friday and got a really good deal on it!!

I just replaced my Breville toaster oven with the Bella Pro Series Stainless Steel Convection Oven. I had not heard of this brand and read all the reviews (which were great) and decided to give it a go. I have it just under a week but have to say that I love it so far!! I cook a lot and don't always want to use the oven that heats up my NYC kitchen. It looks beautiful on the counter, has all the bells and whistles you need, and cooks very well. The beep function is a bit loud but you get used to it. It can be turned off but not lowered so I don't recommend turning it off for safety reasons. There are certain pre-set times, like on the cookie setting which is nice, and different time settings for toasting. Definitely read the instruction manual before you start using it!! It's not difficult to use but It's different than the Breville functions and other brands you may be used to. I'm very pleased with Bella so far and highly recommend it, especially for its amazing price and value!!

I've been using this 5 years and it's still going strong. If you're on a budget and/or want a good medium sized toaster oven, this is worth considering. This thing is small, but big enough to season a 10" cast iron pan, which is great. With this I've made amazing sourdough pizzas, veggies, steaks, etc. Never had any problems. Highly recommend!

Best purchase, I have for 4 yrs. It work like new. I love it. :)

I have used this oven to bake, reheat, toast etc many times.... It is fast and works great. I love it and use it daily. The only thing that drives me crazy is the front door when you open it tries to automatically close... the spring is a little too much tension so you have to hold it down with one hand while messing with your hot food. It ALMOST stays down.... just enough where you let it go and it comes crashing into your forearm like a hot anvil. Maybe its just mine, I have considered adding a little weight to the door somehow. Other than that its a great unit. It surprises me how fast it heats and bakes with the convection. Its not microwave speed but its in between oven/micro speed

Great quality unit for the sale price. Wish there was an option to turn down the volume of the buttons. Other than that, it's a great toaster oven so far.

very good toaster oven for the price. My only issue with it is the beeping is too loud.

It is not the best toaster oven! Does not cook evenly. Next time I will try other kind.
