I bought this for my Mother-In-Law. She uses this almost everyday vs. heating up the oven. Its great because she is able to cook things in here for 4 people very easily without heating the whole kitchen up. I was a little disappointed that the top heating elements stopped working just over a year, however Bella stands by their product with a 2 year warranty and I will be exchanging for the same item because she loves it so much.

This is tough for me to review. It worked wonderfully when it worked, and the settings were intuitive & easy to figure out. Great at making toast, cooking pizza, and baking muffins. Somewhere around 9-10 months of owning it, it would emit a smell of burning electronics after turning the bake function on, and the convection fan was not turning on when it should have. I would stick something in there to make it turn, and it would turn and the smell went away. This progressively happened more and more often, until one day I went to plug it in and it just did not turn on at all. So having it come with a 2-year warranty was beyond helpful. HOWEVER... when calling the warranty number, you find out it is one of those contracted help desk situations located in another country. After fussing with someone who I could hardly understand, and them telling me I should try plugging it into another outlet, they finally decided to issue the refund. That's the only option you get is a refund- after emailing them a picture of them item# and the unit with the cord cut. I decided the refund was the better option. I loved the oven itself, but, my one, BIG gripe about it is that the instructions insist you unplug it at all times when not in use. My household used this a lot, so that was pretty inconvenient, and I'll admit...it didn't happen all the time. So maybe that's why it died early? Too much use and/or not unplugging? (otherwise the electronics were always on) Anyway, TL;DR: Probably an awesome choice if you aren't going to be using it on almost a daily basis, as we were!

Not sure I can add anything to this that hasn't already been mentioned. Pros: 1. Just the right size. I wanted something just big enough to cook 12" frozen pizzas but nothing bigger. 2. Quiet when running. 3. Just enough presets to do what we need. 4. Only gets warm at the door. Cabinet stays fairly cool. Cons: 1. Agree with others. 4 setting for toast is too long. 2 setting seems about right (4 setting for bagels seems just about right). 2. Also agree with others. Would be nice if controls and display offered a bit more flexibilty. Wish it had an "off" button and a backlight when not in use would have been nice. Would also be nice to be able too adjust and save preset levels. Recommended.

The temperature set for cooking is higher than expected. It must be lower manually to avoid burning. The cooking alarm is too loud. The item come with a small dent.

Have loved this toaster oven since I bought it 5 years ago. However, the trays and racks have become warped and stained over time and I need to replace them. Turns out you can’t buy replacement accessories from the company or anywhere else online. Really disappointing, as I don’t want to buy a new toaster oven when this one works just fine.

I love this toast oven so much. I purchased it twice. One for one for my daughter. Prefect for a small kitchen. Cooks well

Good oven, I probably over-bought for a toaster oven, I use it more as an oven. The audio beep is extremely loud, as in smoke-detector mode. Not a "beep" or "chime" as expected. It beeps with every single change in temperature or time setting as well as when you turn it on, change modes, and of course when it's done. Very annoying! Wrote to company, there's no way to disable it.

It seems to work well. I've experienced what others have mentioned that it seems to get warmer in the rear (had the back of an oven safe disposable tray melt a bit). But it cooks well, is relatively easy to use (a dial for the function would be better than the button), and looks really nice.

This toaster oven worked great for a little over eight months. One day I was baking and a burning electrical smell, but with no smoke, filled the kitchen. I unplugged the unit over possible fire concerns. The next day, I tried to use the toaster oven for toasting and immediately again a burning electrical smell, but with no smoke, filled the kitchen. I unplugged the unit over possible fire concerns and have not used this toaster oven again. I contacted the manufacturer for warranty service, but received no response. I had been willing to give this brand a try and was disappointed with the outcome. I will shop for a new toaster oven and keep to better known manufacturers.

The toaster oven was exactly what I needed to replace the old toaster with more refined cooking/baking options without using the big stove oven. It's not top of the line but it comes close as it gets the job done.
