I was hoping for a win with this. I read the reviews and most were singing the praises but I saw the ones about the volume of the function beeps. Should have just passed on it but I thought I'd give it a try. They were right, it's entirely too loud. I'm sure if my husband made toast downstairs in the morning before I got up I would know it...awful. And some others have pointed out, it's only black on the face of the toaster, the rest of the body is stainless; looks unfinished. It went back right away so I cannot comment on how well it cooks/toasts.

Pure Junk.... The build quality is horrible and the convection fan turns extremely slow as if its on backwards, totally useless. No Air Fryer in this oven, however, it was easy to operate.. A much better choice is the Gourmia oven that looks similar to this (its about $60 to $79 bucks), it has a powerful Air Fryer Convection fan and the oven's build quality is a notch above this Bella Pro.

Hinges in the left bottom is broken after 6 months and produce a noisy annoying sound when used.

I have to Say the Bella Pro Series toaster is made of the Lowest and most Poor quality components possible. I purchased this to replace a non digital Black and Decker model i had used for over 5 year previously. I have now gone through 3 Bella Toasters in Less than a Month. Now dont get me wrong when this thing works its Great. Cooks, Even and Fast, Crisp and Clean tasting food. The problem is The Machine never works long enough to finish cooking a meal. I have literally only cooked Tater Tots 1 time that's it. Other wise the heating components start to get a distinct burning plastic smell (Almost immediately) and eventually the machine start giving off a toxic plastic smoke that will fill your kitchen and then the electronic components will start rapidly turning on and off with no control. I only got 3 of these because i had a warranty and wanted to try to see if could get a non defective one before buying up to a Brevel or another Black and Decker. Stay away from this Product at all Costs...Even if they are giving them away FOR FREE GO BUY SOMETHING DECENT

Amazing purchase ever! I can do many kind of dishes on this oven. I truly recommend it!

While I can’t comment on performance, this toaster oven suffers from a very flawed design. The door does not fully open. It opens to about 30 degrees and this makes it difficult to remove larger items. It can also be a tipping hazard. Overall, finish and construction are average.

Like several others my oven has started to stink of burning plastic. This night was the last try and it took just a couple of minutes to fill the house with that stink, what ever it is. This was not my first bad Bella product but it will be my last Bella Product. I wonder if they even care.

First, it's loud. Not your average silent toaster. Second and most important. It gets dangerously hot on top. Don't place anything flammable on top. Or let kids get close to it when in use. Third. The oven is barely 12 inches wide. A true 12 inch pizza will touch the sides when cooking.

I bought my Bella Toaster oven on January 26 2018. I have loved this item up until this morning when I turned it on and heard a zzzzzzzz noise and saw a flash of light come from the right front bottom of the toaster oven. Needless to say it shorted out and no longer works. I called Best Buy thinking they would swap it out since it is only 10 months old and came with a 2 year warranty. To my surprise they told me I would have to ship it back to Bella for service since I didn't buy their extended Protection agreement. The cost of shipping this and waiting for another unit or repair of this unit isn't worth the money or hassle. Needless to say I will never buy another Bella product again. I'm now out $70.00 (got it on sale) and will have to buy another toaster oven. This just proves the old saying "you get what you pay for."

Bought it and it cooked great and quick. After having it for less than 2 months sparks came out of the back of it and it wont come back on. Smelled like electronics burnt themselves out. So never again will I buy this brand.

Very disappointing. Convection is poor because it burns pizza crust, vegetables, etc. Shuts down in the middle of a job so you have to stand next to it and watch it to make sure your job finishes. Must unplug it at night to get some sleep because it beeps randomly for no reason, all night long. Contacted the manufacturer three days ago and still have not been contacted by a company person to fix the defect in the product.

No direct On/Off switch, low quality stainless steel housing. Digital functions too small to read
