I got this blender and used it i say 5 times the first 2 times great then the water comes through the bottom and you have to blend the life out of the stuff because it doesn't blend properly

It's a great device but would recomment it because it's not reliable. Purchase two, both broke down. Maker honor the warranty for my 1st purchase but the second one, never heard of them

I don't know if I have a good blender or not and it's too late to return it. There is a dedicated Pulse function but it also pulses or surges when using the other functions (Low, High, Puree, etc.). I wrote Bella at their 'Help' e-mail address twice to ask if this is normal or a malfunction but never got a response. I'm stuck with it so I'll just use it as it is. Either it will do the job or it will die. We'll see. Mostly, I'm disappointed with Bella as a company. I've given it 2 stars but the fact is I don't know if it's good or bad.

I can't say enough great things about my Bella. I'm a food junkie and play close attention to everything in the kitchen. I use it for smoothies, and it does an awesome job of crushing the ice and blending everything together in just seconds. Every morning, I put Greek yogurt, a cup of frozen berries, half a frozen banana, a cup of frozen kale, a spoon of chia seeds, couple spoons of ground flaxseed, a handful of raw almonds, and a couple cups of almond milk in my blender. It doesn't even stutter - just chops it all up into a smoothie I can drink through a straw. Has never given me any trouble or failed to blend perfectly smoothly. Excellent power. It works great, sturdy, strong and easy to clean! :) Great for making protein drinks, with bananas, fruit and yogurt etc. crushes ice easily and the random cooking uses - usually soup or salsa mixing. It fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinets! If you're looking for a blender that's reasonably priced and will do the job and then some, you can't go wrong with this Bella.
