It never works ever since I got it. Followed instructions to charge the battery. The blender never started. Try to go over of the instructions a few times. Not a sound or a move. Not working. Defective. I set it aside ever since. I am requesting a replacement. Thanks. BTW, I have video and photo. Buy, cannot upload any.

My blender broke and they promised me a refund which I’m still waiting for. I’ve contacted Made by Father several times and it’s been over 2 months that they’ve promised to make things right. I would not recommend this brand or product.

No doubt that this product is so wonderful which you can take it anywhere you go! Truly reliable product worth buying!

I used it three times. It was wonderful... while it lasted. I came online as i have only had it for 3 weeks and it's no longer returnable. In the trash it goes...along with my money. VERY disappointed in the product and in having less than a month to exchange/return. Do better Best Buy.

I bought a white one, charged it overnight, and in the morning when i went to do my shake it didn't work. It blinked red and white like it was not charged. I exchanged it for another white one and the exact same happened. I gave up and returned it for a refund. It's sad because I liked the idea of being able to blend my shake on the go.. but oh well!

I got this as a Christmas present for my MIL. It didn’t work when she opened it. She charged it, read the whole book on how to operate it and it still didn’t work. I was going to return it but the return policy is less than 30 days from the date or purchase and she lives 3 hours away. So I’m out the money and have a broken blender.

its ok, more like a toy then anything, does not handle frozen items that well.

I already returned the first one for not working after charging. Expecting the replacement to work but still it did not work. Already lost the opportunity for the return and I am stuck to a non-working portable blender. Buyer beware, Not worth it.

Because this item only worked one time, I took it back after the 15 day expiration. That I did not know about, and they would not Exchange it Ior give me a credit.How do I get a credit back.I do not want another one because I am afraid it will not work either.

Today is 3/22 bought on 2/24 just opened the package and charged it. Guess what it doesn’t work and is no longer returnable. I bought 2 so checked the other one and that one thankfully works. Would not recommend but if you do purchase make sure you test it out right away.

I purchased this as a gift for my adult son who loves milk shakes. He's on the road so much so this was perfect for him. When i gave it to him as a gift, his response was, "oh hell ya!" He used it multiple times and is very happy with it.

Looked to be a nice compact blender ending up being a piece of junk. Following directions the switch did not work out of the box. Then played with it and got it to turn on once once but never to work again? I do not recommend this product.

Bought this blender and after using it twice it started smoking. I took it back to bestbuy and they sent me another one. I charged it all day and tried it but that one didn't work at all. So I took it back and got my money back.

My husband and I are loving this portable blender.

The first one did not work, they replace it. The second one did not work either. I've used many Bella products with no problem, would never recommend this. Buy a blendjet 2 instead. More expensive, however it will work.

Charged it until the light went solid white, as advised in the instructions, but the thing would not turn on. When you try to power it on the light blinks red/white. Imtried it with water in it just in case but it still would not work
