After a few uses i had a rust spot and floaties, i wash this kettle every time i use it and im kinda grossed out

Rusted after only about a dozen uses. Very disappointed!

I love this water kettle....use it everyday! It is easy to use and looks nice on countertop. The control buttons are super easy and has a keep warm function. Boils water faster than the microwave.

Really, really nice-looking and well-functioning kettle! I’m really loving it so far. My only suggestion is that I think they should include more instructions for tea steeping for those of us that are still learning. It took me a few tries to realize it’s best to keep the strainer up during heating and then put it down and start timing for steeping AFTER the water comes to the appropriate temperature. Maybe that’s common sense for some, but I wasn’t sure. Also, the cleaning instructions are a little vague to me. Otherwise, it’s very easy to use and very well-built as far as I can tell. It makes a nice pot of tea.

This machine is easy to use and operate. The different brewing times/temperatures for teas helps to make the perfect tasting tea. The one drawback is that you cannot immerse the kettle in water, which makes it difficult to clean properly. Also, since i am a tea drinker, I have noticed that the bottom has become stained from the tea. Also the packaging said that there were recipes enclosed, but I could not find them.

This makes my tea making so simple. First, pour water, select temp according to tea about to brew, next step away and the kettle will keep the water at that temp for 30 mins. So I continue with my routine, return, drop the tea diffuser into the heated water, set a timer, and I return after said timer expires and ¡Viola! My tea is done! Love it. Easy to clean, easy to operate, looks good. All around good quality and would recommend.

nice looking kettle and water boils in a couple of minutes. My reason to give it 4 stars is that the bottom does easily stain in small areas at the bottom specially around a sensor. I think tea particles collect around it and I am afraid to scrub in fear or breaking the sensor.

Makes your choice of several temperatures of heated water accurately and quickly. Buttons are easy to read. Kettle and base are made of good quality, has a sturdy kettle and the base that stays in place and doesnt lift up when removing the boiled water kettle like some kettles w light plastic bases. The lid fits well, lifts off completely for easy cleaning ( some kettles do not) the push down seal is a nice feature, the filter is detachable for easy cleaning. Some reviews mention rust spots- I havent had that issue after 10 months of use.

Works well, boils water quickly, easy to use buttons, and it looks nice on the counter. Not much more you can ask for.

Love it. Works fast and efficiently. Can have tea in a few minutes and it's very easy to use. Love the different settings for different teas as well and keep warm option. I have been making tea a lot more often after getting this.

You can’t go wrong with this Kettle. I only use it for my coffee pours overs, so it’s perfect for getting the right temperatureeach time. My brother also uses it to make his teas. Also, it hasn’t had any leaking issues. I’ve used some other kettles that started leaking within the year. This one is still going strong after 1.4 years.

I love this tea kettle! I’ve had it for years and the temperature is perfect and I can brew any tea I want. It holds a lot, but it’s lightweight and easy to use.

Good quality. Looks nice and matches other stainless appliances. Good selection of settings. We use it for tea mostly and it’s just the right temperature.

We love this electric kettle. The main body is out of thick glass, the black part is in plastic and other portions seems to be coated with a layer of Aluminum. The kettle heats up by itself as there is a thermocouple that senses the temperature and it beeps letting you know that it is going to heat up. Very nice product for winter when I need hot tea anytime and don't have to wait for any additional wait time. I simply put the leaves in the strainer container and brew it all day long. easy to clean up, good price nice performance.

Ive bought 2 of these tea kettles and i love them both. Very easy to use considering that i am a first time tea kettle owner. i originally bought one for my home then after bought one for work, PROS -Easy to use -Looks good -Good quality -Buttons are sturdy -Cord can be wrapped to give a cleaner look CONS -You cant mute the beeping noises that it makes -Twisted the cap once and infuser came off no tea came out but i think it was my fault If i need a 3rd tea kettle i would not hesitate getting it a 3rd time

Absolutely love this! This was a great price so I decided to try it. I am so happy I did! I use to us a little infuser for my loose tea to make tea a cup at time. With this I can make a while kettle full! Its very easy to use and the whole thing is beautiful. It lights up while brewing which is nice to see. The only negative i see is that the warming mode does not stay on long enough. It turns off too soon.i would like it to warm for at least an hour.

We love this product. We make French press coffee and tea with this often! So worth it on deal of the day.

It is easy to clean and convenient to use. It displays perfectly on the corner table in the bedroom. It is one of the best coffee kettle I have used, quick and easy to handle.
