We use this kettle every day. Fast to boil. Easy to use, aesthetically pleasing. We use it to make tea, instant Mashed potatoes, basically anything boiling water is needed for. So much faster than our stove top

I love this Tea maker kettle, it makes all my teas from cold tea to hot tea, I don't drink coffee but it's a coffee maker as well, I love this item so much I brought 2 of em one for me and one for my son, it heats up tea and water so fast, I really enjoy making tea with this tea kettle maker, it makes my life a lil calmer and easier.

My wife loves tea and I wanted her to have a kettle that was both elegant and functional. This fits both categories well and she loves the fact that she can make various types of tea at different strength levels. The ability to keep it warm is a plus. It also cleans up easily and takes up very little space on our counter.

Bought for the wife and its made her life so much faster and so much easier. I also like this kettle. I would definitely buy for gifts and the price was great also!

I really like this tea maker, only the thing is the screw inside got rusted already after using it for a week maybe, keep using it though and it doesnt stay warm as long as I expected, but its easy to use and i bought it on sale for $25 so it was worthy.

This kettle boils water faster than a microwave! We primarily use it fro green tea and herbal tea and love the pre settings in the kettle which boils the water to right temperature for different types of tea. It is also very simple to clean.

This kettle brings water to boiling hot fast and keep it warm for long time. The tea container is hanging low inside the kettle so you don't need to add too much water to reach the tea inside. I am happy with this kettle and plan to use it more during fall and winter.

It's quite bigger than I thought, the inside tea holder part does not seem quite sturdy. Also, remember to clean quickly after you make some tea, otherwise would be so difficult. Generally, it's a good buy on sale.

I got this for my mom for Christmas and the kettle is amazing. I love the functions of being able to boil it to a specific temperature for different teas or keep the warming setting on. The only gripe I have is that the reservoir in the middle where you keep the teas (or coffee grounds if you’re into that) no longer stays on. It consistently falls off to the point where we just keep it off. It’s fine because my mom only cares to use it to boil her water and pour into her cup as needed since she used tea bags but if you’re looking to put loose tea into it I’d be careful. Maybe we just have a defective one. I got the warranty so I may exchange it. If I do and the same things happens (or doesn’t happen) I’ll update this review accordingly.

It’s perfect for boiling water and making teas with its different temperature settings. My old one was all metal and I love this new glass electric pot coz it’s a lot lighter and easier to clean.

Very Nice tea maker kettle. I haven't had a chance to use loose leaf tea yet but the temperature is perfect on this for bag teas and heats up very quickly. The finish on this is also very nice and quality seems good so far.

This electric kettle was an excellent addition to our kitchen. It is quick easy to use and looks well with our modern look. It is very fast to boil and the quick option buttons on the front make it very simple to use.

This kettle allows several temperature options for tea coffee and so on. Easy to use, the 2 downsides are: 1) The tea holder - the mesh can be removed for filling, but the rod it connects to cannot. Minor point, but heating this when not required seems silly. 2) The lid is a "click-on" - to remove you gently lift up from under the central metal piece. It feels fragile (although I've had no issues to date). And unless you remove it totally, the tea-mesh and rod get in the way a little. All in all, a good product. Mine had slight glue overflow between glass side and silver top section - again very minor.

We’ve been using this daily for a month now. It’s nice having different temperature settings, easy to clean and great being able to reheat with the touch of a button.

I purchased this to replace my programmable teakettle that stopped working. The old one was digital and in order to set the temperature I had to scroll up or down for the proper temperature. This one offers preset buttons of various temperatures to coordinate with each type of tea. Making programming the proper temperature as easy as one touch of a button. There's a temperature hold button that keeps the water at a constant temperature for 30 minutes. This feature is really nice for multiple steepings. The basket is a nice feature, though I don't use it often. Looks nice in the countertop with the glass carafe and the blue lights! Best Buy had the best price I found!

It did not disappoint. She uses it almost daily as it is easy for her to start up while she gets ready for work. Also the handy “keep warm” feature keeps the tea hot until she is ready to pour it and head out for the day. Perfect!

easy to use, has all kind of settings, really fast but too big for one person, like glass container you can see what is going on inside

I only used it to boil water so far but it's great at doing that. It depends on how much water is in there but it doesn't take long. Its cool to watch it bubble. Very easy to use.

Love this water heater! It’s really nice looking and easy to use! I like that it has different ways of timing for everything!
