This kettle is really great for the price. Every preset seems to get my tea, whichever variety it may be, to the perfect temperature. It's not perfect - in particular the built in tea ball is finnicky and the lid goes often. If you're looking for a kettle to replace yours on the quick, this is a solid option for teatime.

This was a gift for a friend I work with, she is a tea-aholic. She loves it and really likes that you have the tea holding insert option to steep it in the kettle. The variable heat temperatures is a really nice option and ensures optimal flavor for different types of tea, without over steeping. Great price and great product. We went back and bought a second one for ourselves.

It boils in mere seconds (or so my internal clock tells me) and we love the built in (loose) tea basket. My son is a tea snob and he was delighted to find the numerous different settings for the different varieties of tea. All in all, a great christmas gift for the kid.

I use this all the time! I love drinking tea. The tea will eventually stain the metal overtime but thats expected. It works really well and makes good tea. Before I bought this, I was using a stove top glass kettle, and this is way easier since I don't have to worry about the time and turning off the stove. Press the button and it will stop when its done.

This is great! Easy to use, boil is couple of minutes. easy to store and wash if to have to.

For the price it’s okay and easy to use but it gets something inside the bottom and it’s unable to clean but i guess the hot water is drinkable

My wife started drinking more tea lately, so this was the next step in my kitchen gadget must haves. To be honest, it is way more of a machine than we needed. She's a 6 to 10 ounce tea drinker so we usually don't make more than the minimum line will allow. But wow! So fast! I love that there are three different temp settings for the different tea types and a keep warm option too. We will also brew a few cups and save them in the refrigerator for iced tea at a later time. Love that the pot comes off the warming tray, I've seen models where they were integrated into the pot and this is better for cleaning.

I had originally went in BB to purchase a different kettle. I did take the time to look at the ones on display and I am so glad that I did! Compared to the other kettles this one did not have any "wobble" it sits very firm on the base and the 4 heat settings are nice and the 1500watts boils the water super fast. Max fill line is also indicated on the kettle. The diffuser basket is very nice and holds the smallest of small tea leaves and coffee. It looks very nice on my kitchen counter and I would definitely purchase again! All the Bella products I have purchased perform exceptionally well!
