The BEST Waffle maker EVER! It makes the Waffles so fluffy and crispy way, way better than the one I had before.

Just follow the directions for setup and preclean. Waffles came out great, easy to use, clean up was no problem. Good product.

Luckily I am able to return this. The first time I made waffles, on national waffle iron day my kid was so surprised that we could make waffles that I looked forward to the next time I would make them. That was today, I did everything the same, even the same recipe. Every foreseeable failure that could happen, did in one cooking session. I am so glad it is within it's return period. The push button failed to open the second waffle tray not only leaving it burnt in the center, but also separating the waffle in the first tray, opening while in closed position. The first tray also undercooked so badly in the middle that one ripped (2nd picture) and that I had to throw that one away because it wouldn't release from the nonstick surface (3rd picture). I have never had this level of electric product drop off. Lastly the 2nd tray was smaller then the first tray leading to spillage. I hope it was just a defective model but we are planning on looking at similar products first. Plus sides: I like that it beeped when heated to temp and then again when waffle should be at your desired cook temp, for each position. So it should have been an easy use product.

Just got delivered and open the box to a nasty stinky box with a used waffle maker. I have been a loyal shopper to Best Buy and this is what I get! Best Buy needs to do better than this. I paid for new not used! I don’t recommend buying this if this is how Best Buy is selling stuff now.

I highly recommend not buying this product off of Bestbuys site. There is a trend of people getting this used when buying new like myself. The box came beat up pretty bad and there is scrap marks all over my waffle maker. Grease is also on the sides along with some blue stuff

The Coding Was coming off as I used it. Now it's not safe to use. I would not recommend this item to anybody.

So I used to have another brand of flip style waffle maker, which my father in law bought us, after using one at a hotel during a family trip. It only did one waffle at a time, but we really dug the simplicity of the unit, the consistency of the waffles it produced. Fast forward about 6 years and maybe 24 uses, the thing quit working. In steps this sexy little number, on a deal of the day. I thought to myself, how bad can this thing be at just a little over a 20 spot? Used it last weekend and knocked out breakfast for 4 little crumb crunchers and their parental units in less time than you're spending reading this review. Needless to say, I love this baby! 2 waffles at a time really speeds up the producstion line when you're feeding a small army, such as brunch with your closest friends. I say, if you're considering it, Do It! Just Do It!

Easy to use and with the flip function you are able to make more waffles quickly.

Did not open till we moved into our new house, disappointed to find out it was used; missing measuring cup and dirty. Unfortunately my return/exchange day expired.

Arrived damaged was a gift and when opened was past the return date.Very disappointed will not buy from Best Buy again.

Ive had it over a yr and its still going strong. Use it more than i thought and makes great waffles. Its really nice not having to wait on making another especially for multiple people being able to make 2 at a time is super useful. That way your not getting cold waffles bc you had to make more than 1 lol.

I bought this as an addition to my mini waffle maker when BB had a daily sale and love it! I’ve used in twice in a week since it was delivered, and it’s so easy to use. Though the instruction booklet says to wipe it with a little oil, I don’t. I use melted butter in my recipe which helps keep the waffles from sticking. The only drawback is that the clear measuring cup that comes with it doesn’t quite measure out enough batter when scooping from a large mixing bowl. I’ll be using my Cuisipro Fat Separater for dispensing batter instead. To avoid damaging the non-stick coating, don’t use metal silverware or utensils to get waffles out, but use silicone, wood, or plastic ones. Cleanup is easy, too. When they’re on sale again, I’ll get 2 more for my daughters.

I run a little restaurant that really doesn't serve "breakfast" so we didn't need anything pricey but this little unit is simple, keeps up with us just fine and gives all of us great results.

I originally thought this product made 1 waffle at a time. Because it makes 2 it’s a little bigger than your typical waffle maker. But it is amazing! The eagles come out crispy, thick, and fluffy on the inside; all in the matter of 2-3 minutes. Better than the pancake restaurant. It’s no longer an hours production to make waffles for a family. It’s a breeze to clean up and the only time I added oil was to season the pan before the first use. It’s a fantastic product, so glad I bought it.

Material looks cheap not high end however it isnt a high model but i will say it looks nice. I purchased it on sale so i will say that makes me feel good about it. After couple if burnt waffles i finally got it lol. Its works well and does the job. Can make two waffles at a time not really fond of flipping it as it drips some of the mix but nonetheless im content overall. I will prob post a you tube video on how i made it work for me.
