It was a good in the product at the beginning, kind of good for the price and I just started to make espresso at home. But after only 2 months use the taste for espresso changes and when I look inside found it rusty and bad. Can not be returned or even clean it. So it becomes trash.

So pleasant to have it make my fresh coffee every morning. But the surface is too hot to be touched. Overall it’s good.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it! Easy to use and clean.

The lid deform and cant handle the heat, dont buy it

4 days after the return period ended, the knob that turns the machine on busted off. Completely unusable now. Do not buy.

Worked for about a month great strong coffee, the whole house smelled like coffee. I was very happy, even though the glass cover kind of melted the second time I used it. All of a sudden, now I just get water with traces of coffee...i guess you get what you pay for!

At the end of the coffee put the milk in the steam tube in two cheers I burned. Since you should take advantage of the short-term steam, otherwise you run out of steam. In that process I have burned myself twice.

Cheaply made, do not recommend, spend more money and get something that doesn’t fall apart.

I was confused with the instructions but i went step by step and was able to function the espresso machine. Its really easy after the 1st try. Im able to make hot and cold lattes. I enjoy that its small and doesn’t take up too much counter space. Its also easy to clean. Just make sure to wash after every use to avoid coffee stains and dry with a kitchen towel to avoid water stains. Definitely recommend

Great small machine for the price. Very simple and Easy to use. Not fancy which I like. I am very happy with this purchase especially for the price I paid. Saved me from spending too much money at Starbucks. Definitely a great purchase.

It works properly however I found it to be somewhat inconvenient. My complaints about it are small especially at the sale price that I paid. I would have been less forgiving and definitely returned it at full price. Only holds enough water for one drink. I filled a pitcher with water to use with it. My main issue is that it’s a little awkward to use, and there is always a mess to clean up after using it.

This is my second espresso machine. My first was a secondhand Krups pump model given to me free. When it worked, it worked well, but it only worked sporadically. So, I went for this much cheaper, much simpler Bella. First, it works all the time (points for that). You measure the water going in using the carafe - there's a line for steam/frother use, and another for 2/4 servings. Into the reservoir, then tightly screw the lid down. Assuming you add extra water for steam, you have to turn it off manually when you have your 4 servings, then switch over to the frother. The frother works well, and your milk will be finished before you run out of steam. I normally need to run the steamer a while at the end to bleed off the last of the water. I'm no coffee afficionado, but my family likes the coffee I make for them, as do I. For $30, you can't really go wrong. (That's like, what, 6-8 fancy coffees at Starbucks?) It's a bare-bones machine; there are no adjustments you can make here, outside of your coffee grind, how hard you tamp it down, etc. But for the (low) price, this is a real good place to learn what you like, and what you may want in a fancier machine down the road. The machine is solid, except for the plastic carafe top, which melted noticeably on my very first batch (as others have noted). I don't even use it anymore, it served no real purpose. That's the one drawback, and the reason for the four-star review.

Must have if you want a good coffee each day. I buy Yukon Organic blend from Starbucks with turkish gring and use Bella to make coffee. Mix it with a little warm whole milk. The best coffee I can get each day. Going strong for 3 years now
