My last espresso maker was also a Bella brand. Lasted 7 or so years with daily use when the control knob finally snapped off. Since I had to replace immediately (no time for shipping) and I prefer this brand for price-point, longevity, and ease of use, I finally found in stock @ Best Buy. This model is closest to my old one but there are a few things about it I don't like as well, nothing big just inconvenient. My old unit had an amber indicator light that faced you so you would know it's still on. The new unit has a dark blue light on the side which is harder to see. After first use, I discovered I had left it on all day when I started to disassemble the parts to clean and almost burned my hand. The screw top to the water well is a little more difficult to tighten & loosen because of the shape. And the coffee basket assembly is a bit more difficult to put into place for brewing (fits like a puzzle to get it in and locked correctly). Sometimes takes 2-3 times before I get it set but I suppose it locks in super tight which is a good thing. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Brews quickly to get those mornings started☕

The machine was a good price and size. I needed something small to use everyday. After I used it a few times it started to smoke during each use. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is the best thing to get really good pure expresso in the morning to start your day and climbs walls making you look like Gollum from Lord of the rings.

I was looking for a basic coffee machine and it’s exactly what I got. One thing is that the steamer leaks water sometimes when you start it so you can’t have a lot of water in the tank. And I wish there was a way where you can see the level of water it has since the body is black. It makes coffee pretty quick though so I don’t regret the purchase.

I am seriously impressed. It takes like 2-2 1/2 minutes for a pot of espresso to brew. Steamer works very well too! Froths milk in about 2 minutes. Easy cleaning up, super light weight, small design so it doesn't take up a bunch of space. I'm in love!!

it works amazing!! It's small enough to be on the kitchen counter and I love that I can also froth the milk on the same appliance. Overall, amazing purchase. I will buy it another one for a gift!!

This is a great machine if you know how to use it. First, forget about the plastic cover for the steamer, it doesn't fit the pitcher's cover; therefore, remove it and send it to your favorite museum. Clean the machine by running water with 3 spoons of vinegar no less than 2 times, then run it again, with just water. Now, pour good spring water and use La Llave Espresso coffee from Gavina & Sons (green can) and pack it in tight for best flavor. Add sugar to the pitcher as preferred (I use 4 tea spoons) and turn the machine on to fill the pitcher with coffee about a line above the 4 cup mark, then turn the machine off and let it off about 25 to 40 seconds to let the machine complete the cycle. Then take the full pitcher and with the plastic cover off, run the steam inside the pitcher by constantly moving the steamer inside of the pitcher around and allowing the foam to grow as much as possible. Once the foam is about to spill, turn it off and enjoy a cup of espresso almost equal to the $10,000 Italian commercial machines! I have a $2800 Pasquini Espresso Livia 90 and I can't tell the difference between the Pasquini and the $39 Bella!

I only used it infrequently but it worked. I like it when the milk is hot. I wish the instruction is more clear on the location of the milk setting. It is minor and I overcame the hurdle.

For such a basic espresso machine, this is truly a bargain. Perfect for a quick and good-tasting espresso. Simple to operate and clean. A really great purchase, all things considered. Recommend if you don't mind simplicity and practicality- with good taste!

My daughter wanted an espresso machine for Christmas. There was no way I was going to pay a lot of money for another appliance that may get used a few times and forgotten about. I saw this while looking at the Deals of the Day a few weeks back for $29.99 (normally $59.99). I used $25 in rewards to bring the price down to $5.30 after tax. My daughter was so happy when she opened it Christmas morning. She probably thought I spent a lot of money on it LOL. We did make some cappuccino, which turned out very good. The milk frothed up nicely. It was easy to use. For the price it is pretty nice.

I really like this. Works as it should and gets the job done especially if you’re unsure about making those espressos at home. This is a great value for trying that out.
