Not bad for something small. It’s simple and easy to use. Makes a good cup of coffee

I originally had an older Bella and loved it. It finally broke down though so decided to go for another as close to it as possible. Our first order the machine developed an issue. Best Buy sent a replacement without any fuss and it's been working great since. We did replace the metal basket with the older one we had since the newer one didn't seem to let the coffee drain out the way it should have. It probably would given time but we already had one that worked. Other than that, it makes excellent coffee and hope it lasts as long as the old one we had.

Good beginner espresso machine. Won't blow you away and the quality could certainly be better, but the price is a lot more accessible. You can probably use this for a year before upgrading to a better machine. Still worth it. I've had mine for about a year and ended up buying another as a Christmas gift

It works great, makes coffee in less time. 6 months now and never stopped or had an issue

Love this little espresso maker! clogs easily though, so we clean it thoroughly a couple times a week, and the frother works better without the plastic tip it comes with. Also the plastic top melted right away but still fits on the coffee pot. I still love it though...I love my latte's

Good. but if you want to serve more than 2 cups, you need to wait at least 30 minutes for other 2 cups due to overheat and internal pressure, set aside to cool.

I ordered this product but it was too small for my needs. I've also read that an espresso machine should have a minimum of 9 bars of pressure, so I'll look for that in the future. I never used this product but I will say that it came in great condition (I did curbside pickup) and the box was not damaged like other reviews have said. The items were clean and pristine. If you're looking for something sleek that takes up very little space, this would be a good option.

This is a great machine for the price. Compact for if you want to store it away when not in use

This is very good for the price point...easy to use...compact for smaller kitchens...but espresso not quite up to par with higher end machines

I liked this machine so much that I bought a second one, just in case the company should go out of business or something. It's a perfect small machine for one person or a couple. Makes good coffee, fast and easy and it's reasonably priced. Can't beat that combination.

If you do not have much counter space, this is perfect for you.

If perfect for prepared you morning coffee and if not to expensive
