In box and it works never used before. So I bought for my 2 wonderful nieces as a christmas gift and they love it. And that matters the most.

Cheese, chicken, steak, turkey, avocado and tomatoes so far. My friend asks me what is the quesadilla of the day, always complimenting on how they look so professionally made.

Great but fragile
