We purchased this blender with a good discount so we were happy. However we discovered that the blender is very loud, for a small apartment it was an issue, we had to use ear plugs. Still we decided to keep using it thinking we could compromise and relocated the blender to the open area of the kitchen at the bar, still it was loud. On the good side the blender was powerful, looks nice and it's easy to use. The locking system is easy to use and you can't miss the place where to sit the vase. On the bad side as I stated it's very loud and the end of the story was when the blade got stuck and it started to smoke while being used. I did some research and it looks to be a common problem with this model. The ball bearings under the blade get stuck and they brake. We tried to find parts, even generic parts and we couldn't find them anywhere, not online, or any store. We finally contacted the manufacturers, located in Canada and they stated that currently they were out of parts in stock. End of the story we returned the blender to Best Buy under the warranty, got store credit and bought a Ninja blender. Best decision ever!

I love the smoothie and ice crushing option! I had never looked at this brand until now and I will look into more Bella products. Even though it's made of plastic, it feels really durable and easy to clean. Grease doesn't seem to stick to it once its washed. Overall, a pretty great buy!

Not sold for Nutri Ninja kind of blenders before so wanna give try on concept with some reasonable price Blender. Supringly this blender exceeded my expectation with quality build and powerful moter. I am totally sold on concept as well on Bella brand quality. Only thing I wish they should sell extra lids if required.

I intended to buy a ninja, but after seeing the price and having someone tell me about this brand I couldn't pass it up. The blender has great power, and comes with a lot of different pieces. I love how it comes with multiple heads as well as two different blades. I told my friend about it and after testing it he went and bought the same exact one.

I wanted a Ninja but I couldn't pass up the great price. Not sure if it's loud,as the Ninja but I feel like I woke up some hotel neighbors making my smoothie. The smoothie came out great though!

Love it, I love the idea that I don't have to pour my smoothie into another cup. You can blend it in the container and only having to switch the top. It has grips on the bottom which keeps it from sliding on the counter.. It was well worth it!!

Got this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. She's used it nearly every day since she's had it and compliments it all the time. One of the best features are the suction cups on bottom keeping it on the granite counter top. The settings are simple and we're always looking for new things to use in it. Plus we got a great deal. Highly recommend.

This product overall has been great. I wouldn't trade it for another blender. Along with great milf shakes and smoothies, family can even blend up certain sauces to perfection. I am very satisfied about purchasing this blender from Best Buy.

Crushes and blends ice well for frozen drinks. The pitcher could have been bigger for a large family. After two back to back uses it flashes at me. After it rest its fine.

Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it!

This is the second one I have purchased. It is a great blender at a great price. My wife and I do smoothies twice a day and this does a great job. THe canisters and extra items are also great for making a smoothie and then heading out the door in a hurry. I will continue to buy this product every time I need a new blender.
