Had to invest in a new waffle iron. The pin fell out of the hing of the old waffle iron. Did some checks online for the customer reviews. Decided on the one I wanted to buy but got busy and forgot about it. Then I saw it on the Best Buy deal of the day a few weeks later and purchased it. Wow, having a newer one with the Ceramic coating makes a difference. I sure was glad to make this purchase. I have used it several times since purchase.

All these Five Star reviews encouraged me to buy this thing. Shame on me for actually doing so, I know better, you ALWAYS get what you pay for. The product is very cheaply made. The handle being the worse issue, it's fragile and functions only part of the time. And, I had only pulled it out of the box to look at it at that point. Making waffles on this Bella Belgian Waffle Maker – My first waffle (the one you're supposed to discard), I couldn't even get the waffle maker to rotate. I did not want to force it, so that was it. I ended up making pancakes with the rest of the batter. The reason I gave this product two stars is because it actually made a decent waffle. Crispy and nicely browned on the outside, and moist inside. Plus, the waffle was thick, not thin like some store bought ones. I'm going to return this item because I do not think it will last. Even for the price, it's not worth keeping.

Great waffle maker, easy clean -up dial for cooking, and lite tells you when done!
