Not worth the bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this at xmas time. directions said to NOT use cooking spray. I did not and the waffle would not cook enough or even lightly brown even on highest setting. would not come out of the grid. had to clean it over the sink bit by bit. trying to get the pieces unstuck from the grid.. awful. 2nd time tried it with the spray and it did not stick but still would not brown even after 10 minutes. took it back. not worth the trouble. Now I just buy the stop and shop brand frozen thick waffles when they are a 1.50 on sale. nice and easy. This product and the directions were a nightmare.

Cooks but doesnt make it crispy

It does fully cook your waffle but it doesn't make it crispy or dark how i would like. I've tried different settings or leaving it on longer and still nothing.
