I like the smaller footprint compared to other single serve brewers. Especially like that I can use my own coffee with either the grounds filter or using a refillable capsule. I have only used the 10 oz. serving which makes a good, strong cup of coffee. This was well worth the sale price I paid.

Purchased this coffeemaker as a replacement for an expensive one that I wasn’t pleased with. Got this as a Deal of the Day at a great price, love the ability to adjust for different cup sizes and the option to use kcups or ground coffee. Very pleased with this purchase.

Got it at a steal on the Deal of the Day. Very simple, does not take up too much counter space, looks attractive, and does the job. Standard travel mug fits perfectly, so just hit the two buttons and a couple minutes later you're good to go out the door.

I love this coffee maker. My Keurig didn’t make my coffee hot enough, and when I wanted to use my own ground coffee, I had to deal with those little fillable, messy plastic pods. My Bella makes HOT coffee, in 3 different sizes. The base for the cup is easily adjusted to hold the smallest or tallest cup. And it comes with a real coffee filter, easily filled with my own ground coffee, so my coffee can be made as weak or as strong as I like, by changing the amount of coffee. It uses any kind of pod that fits in a Keurig. I have absolutely no complaints and when this one wears out, I would buy another immediately!

Excellent coffee maker I love it and it was on sale at the time

I had bought this coffee maker to use in my home in Florida. So, it was a few weeks before I was able to set it up and try it. Worked great. Made very good coffee. My only concern is with the little tab that punches the hole in the K-Cup. On this one it's plastic and I worry that it might break. But, so far it's perfect. Would buy another if I needed one.

This is a good system that is easy to use, and does not take up too much space.

I purchased this because it was a less expensive version of Keurig. I purchased one for myself and my best friend. I have had it for almost two years with no problems. My only gripe is that I have to use my travel coffee mug because the liquid will splash out of my smaller mugs even if I adjust the height setting of the tray.

This the best looking unit that Bella has made so far. The attached reservoir is a great feature so that you don't have to fill up each time you're making coffee. The flex brew option is the best selling point. I choose my favorite K-cup pod in the morning and use the ground coffee in the evening. The coffee taste great with the pressurized water system. The Cons: This unit will splatter coffee a lot if you don't have a tall travel mug under it. The adjustable base does not go high enough to fit a regular coffee mug high enough to prevent splatter. I use a travel mug to brew my coffee and then pour into smaller mugs. This unit serves a 6, 10 or 15 oz increments. I don't feel this is desirable. It should be 8, 12, and 15 oz increments. The worst part is that the buttons don't respond too well anymore. You have to press each one a few times to respond. I got this unit on a sale price. You definitely want to purchase the extended best buy warranty on this so you can easily get a replacement.

This coffee maker is great! Brews very quickly and so easy to use! I rather it compared to the more expensive Keurig machines.

Coffee maker works well. I only use the kcups but it makes a good cup of coffee. On sale, this is a great purchase.

I purchased this item on June 29th, but there were none at my local Best Buy. No issue, though! I had it shipped to my local store, and picked it up on the 14th. I didn't mind the long wait, as it was a special surprise gift for my mother, and she was quite happy with it! She used it daily up until today, when she could not get it to work. We looked up online what we could do, but found no solution. It refused to work at all, so I took it back to Best Buy. In her words, it was fast and easy to use, but it's just so disappointing it broke down so quickly! If yours can keep chugging along, it's very useful, but I personally wouldn't bite the bullet on another one.

K cups this is real nice and easy to use you can make three different sizes awesome coffee pot

I was looking for a single-serve coffee maker that was similar to a Keurig, but was cheaper. I found this one on sale at a great price and decided to pick it up. It works exactly like it should and I like that I can choose the size of my mug (6, 10, and 15 oz options available) and I also like that you can brew both ground coffee and K-Cups. I was also surprised to find that they included the necessary filter in order to brew your own ground coffee. Keurig makes you purchase this separately. Coffee is extremely quick and easy to make on this thing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it makes a rather loud motor "hum" noise at the end of the brew cycle. I'm assuming this is the pump pumping out the remaining water, but I've never heard a single-serve coffee maker do this before. It lasts for about 10 seconds. It's not a deal breaker for me, it still works like it should, it would be better of course if it didn't make this noise. However, for the price I got it for, I'll deal with it.

Quite easy to setup and operate but dripping after completeing the cycle

I really love my coffee and I think k-pod coffee is the best. I wanted a k-pod coffee maker that I could take to work but didn’t want to spend the bucks on an expensive Keurig only to mess it up or break it. This k-pod brewer fits the bill. Got it at a great price and makes great coffee.
