item was damaged in shipping. materials were not the same level of quality as an older Bell'O rack I own. shipping issues aside, I was expecting a nicer unit based on my experience with other Bell'O racks. The box was heavy, but the metal rack pieces had a very audible ring to them when thumped with a finger - not what you'd want in a high-end A/V rack. Finish/polish was also not what I was expecting. Best Buy handled the return with no issues.

I really wanted this TV stand but it came with the same damaged part from the factory twice so I gave up and ordered a different TV stand.
