Purchased this bag about a year ago at a shop in Brooklyn. Am thrilled to see the brand on Best Buy; will they also be getting their phone and AirPod cases? Bellroy makes such quality product, I’ll be a repeat customer.

This is a bag that feels well constructed, but does not give very much when fully packed. Like having the right amount of organization, and does not feel like it has too much or too little in that category. One complaint is that the shoulder straps keep readjusting every time I put on the bag, so I need to continually adjust them, but it is not a dealbreaker. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

Purchased bag, a few weeks ago. One of the zippers came off while traveling. As you can see by the picture their zipper construction leaves a gap and isn't fully depressed. Requested a replacement zipper, said they "shipped it without tracking", never received it. There response upon follow-up is "we're looking into the matter". This is for requesting a zipper to be replaced from an already poor design on a $200 bag! Their touted "3-year warranty" is a marketing line at best. Don't plan on being able to get anything from their Customer Service team. Don't get my wrong I enjoyed the bag while it lasted, but if you can't open it what's the point? I guess there is a reason they don't allow review directly on their website.

I have a loyalty to peak design bags but this has become my favorite daily backpack for work. Zero issues escept formlast week, the zipper teeth came loose but i pressed it back and tada. Like new. The color has held up. No fading and the mateeial is tough but feels nice. I agree with everyone saying its the right ammount of organization. Not too much. Just ebough. I love it. Hope you will as well

I'm an employee from Best Buy and picked this backpack up a few weeks ago. This is the perfect everyday backpack, the pockets are strategically placed to be able to house many different kinds of items, including a nice top zipper for smaller more immediate items. The laptop sleeve in the back is very supportive and my items feel secure. The fabric is high quality, and you can tell it wasn't cheaply built. If you are looking for a go-to stylish backpack, this is the one!
