They can´t give full money refounds but they give you gift cards. Sounds illegal but it is OK as I buy here a lot.

$15 gift card was out of stock. I ordered it along with a $25 gc. ( since no option to order one $40 gc). I was not notified of issue with $15 gc until I called weeks later wondering why it was never delivered. I did receive a refund easily, but would have liked to know sooner as this was a gift.
