Washer itself, great. I have done all of my laundry and it worked like expected. The only issue, it was delivered dented. I have called and received a discount because of the dent, customer service was spot on. My only issue was that it was necessary on a brand new expensive appliance.

Best Buy sent the e-gift card within 30 minutes via the email (in the attached picture) after I ordered the corresponding item (was a streaming service digital card). I was able to use the e-gift card with a future order (was a laptop) - I combined it with other Best Buy e-gift cards without issue - it was a great value and easy to use!
