    If you get one of these from your grandparents for your birthday, it's good for $10 at Best Buy. The only catch is that other stores won't accept it, which is a real bummer.

    I would give a 0 star if I could. I purchased a $350 Best Buy physical gift card online and it was delivered used. I have been trying to get my money refunded for the last 2 weeks and have had numerous calls with the gift card support team. It has been an absolute nightmare. The store manager, Kareem, has been great and has been trying to help me. I’m supposed to hear back soon, so we’ll see.
