I'm not going to use a truckload of superlatives. In this range, you expect quality and I'm not surprised to find it. The display is great. A surprising failure, though (I nearly dropped a star from the rating) is the terrible remote that comes with it...and LG will not offer a better replacement option. Here's the thing: The remote is not backlit...which is not a requisite, but a standard now. Hard to navigate in the dark, but it you tilt it just right, you can read the white embossed numbers. Except on the two most used buttons on any remote: Volume +/-, and Channel +/-. These buttons were a product of Lockheed's Skunk Works, I guess they own the patents on 'stealth/ low observability' tecnology concerning buttons. But they did a great job, the volume button in particular is really in stealth mode. So, you'll accidentally press 'home' once too often and buy a proper remote on Amazon. And then write a review just like this. At least we got the frequently used "4 different color buttons" so everyone can continue to puzzle over their necessity. And even the fine detail logos ON THE BUTTONS are nice and visible. My guess: One grumpy engineer said "I don't know why we bother silkscreening the volume and channel buttons. They always wear off." And the other grumpy engineer, instead of SOLVING the wear issue, just simply raced the customer right to the finish line. "It'll end up that way, so just get used to it." I guess I got spoiled with high end Samsung displays and their multiple excellent remotes.

I love my new LG washer, dryer and Refrigerator delivered 2 weeks ago. Worked with professional Geek squad to have my installation done. The only reson I'm giving a rating of 4 is on the professionalism side. I had a geek squad member tell me he's unable to install my drier because of a missing connector. He told me he has to reschedule install and couldn't wait for me to get it from home depot which was 6mins away. As they were working on the Refrigerator, I drove to home depot and got the connector. All of a sudden, he tells me he connected the drier - that he magically found a connector in their delivery van. Secondly, i requested to keep my washer, drier and refrigerator boxes, which they were adamant about but later accepted, only to realize that they left with the box for the dryer. Professionalism goes a long way. Following my experience and reviews I've read, I think highly recommended customer service training for delivery and geek squad as this affects customer relations with best buy. One single act can affect a customer's future dealings with best buy.

Ordered the Meta glasses I love them in my 98 inch TV is awesome

This frame is beautiful! I love the soft gold color! It’s easy to install and much nicer that the standard ones the manufacturer sells. We have another Samsung Frame TV and will definitely buy another for that TV!

The TV itself is great. We have issues with its integration with soundbar and the voice command never worked.

This is a big nice refrigerator. The modular shelves are nice for fitting lots of things. We are a home bakery. We can fit cakes and our everyday items with no problems. Dear Best Buy Team, I typically don’t have high expectations when it comes to well-known retailers, but my recent experience with Best Buy truly exceeded them. I was able to get a new Pixel 9 Pro XL for essentially free, thanks to an incredible trade-in deal. I had planned to sell my old device for $450, but instead, I received a total of $1,010 in trade-in value. On top of that, I was given a $200 e-gift card, which I used to furnish my newborn son’s room. As a new parent, capturing memories of my son and our little family is incredibly important to me, but like many families, money can be tight. Best Buy made it possible for me to get a new phone without straining our budget, and for that, I’m truly grateful. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience felt personal, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Best Buy for making it all possible.

A great Appliance install and delivery experience from Best Buy!!! I recently had a very bad Home Depot experience and this was such a delight compared. The Washer and dryer were hooked up in a short time and I ran a couple of washes and dryer cycles to verify all was well! The machines are visually very good-looking and will make any laundry room look great!

Best Buy is the Best. Love this store and hope they keep growing!

I'm a big fan of google products. Out of which used this Pixel 7 Pro over a year now. The best deal when this phone was launched in 2022 was only on Bestbuy. I'm now ready to upgrade it to Pixel 8 Pro. Bestbuy deals are really worth the wait than actual website :D :)

This LG washer and Dryer set is everything and more! Its simple but its good! My clothes are finally clean again and can handle large loads. I originally had the SQ Tr7 for less than 2 years and it was awful and a waste of money. Im so happy with my new set!
