    Nice inexpensive way to carry an adapter to use "Old School" USB A devices with newer laptops. Good build quality. The adapter is about 5 1/2 inches long for those asking.

    First off the usb c plug is a little strange it doesnt give the satisfying click of a high quality plug. Though it does do the job perfectly. I have mine connected to a thunderbolt 4 port which goes right into a usb 3.1 powered hub i use for 8 different accessories and it works perfectly! I was worried it wouldnt support the bandwidth of what i needed as i run all these items along with a external hard drive as the hub itself is powered but it does perfectly.

    This adapter worked great. I got a new computer that only had USB-C ports, but all my info was on an old flash drive. I used this converter and every thing worked seamlessly.

    I have a case on my Mac so it was hard to find an adapter that would work. This one fits perfectly even with the case on my Mac. Just plug it in to your laptop and connect the usb cable on the other and you’re done.

    I worried at first, but was pleasantly surprised to find this one fully handle the USB-A side 3.0 spec. Always look for the SS Marking next to the USB one. Highly recommend it. Good contacts; good feel.
