It is amazingly rectangular and shiny. The plastic alone is worth $5. Can be used as an ice scraper in an emergency. I'm thinking of using mine as a belt buckle or hair accessory. So many possibillities!

I was looking for a nice gift to give to my friend, and stumbled upon this. I figured my friend would love a small card, especially one that was blue, as that's his favorite color. We were both pleasantly surprised to find out that it came with a free $5 credit that could be used at any Best Buy!

I may be wrong, but reading through these reviews, it appears that many feel they got a "FREE" $5.00 gift card. I personally can't consider a $5 gift card that I PAID $5 for, a free gift card.....??? Hmmmm. Wonder if I did something wrong, lol. In any event, it's always nice to either just have the gift card on hand for yourself, or if you are buying a gift, it's always nice to give a gift card with it!

Ordered ink for the printer and added it in my shopping cart. When checking out they added the $5.00 gift card to go with the ink. Picked up my ink at the store and they mailed my gift card in the mail, I got it a week later. I love getting free gift cards. I will save it for my next big purchase. Thank you Best Buy.

What can I say. it's a gift card. You can give it as a gift. Or spend it yourself. It really doesn't matter.

I was making breakfast when this package arrived, I was wondering what this small piece of plastic was good for. My toast finished, but it was stuck in the toaster, I know better than to use a fork/knife for this procedure, as I am well versed in the toast removal profession. I slid this plastic down the side to pry out my slice of wheat, when it began to melt! I almost threw this away after it was melted, but I could still use it online to take $5 off my next best buy purchase!

Our friends and us were looking for certain old movies and couldnt find them anywhere. I found every one of them at Best Buy. Even some new releases you cannot find anywhere, we found them at Best Buy

Purchased 2 giftcards so the recipient can choose whatever case they'd like for their tablet. At checkout we were informed that the giftcards are not applicable to Marketplace items.

It's a $5 gift card that I got for purchasing a $25 iTunes card. It's a nice deal and I would take advantage of that whenever I can.

easier than only bringing 5 bucks that you might waste somewhere else. You can only use it at Best Buy, so so long temptation.

...and even better when it comes with merchandise purchase. Great way for Best Buy to incentivize purchases or for people to give out small gifts.

Nice way to reward a purchase. I got this with the purchase of the Jumanji movie, so a good movie with an extra reward.

The iPad is great. Its a gamer, a video player, a computer. It does it all. You want it to do what? There is an app for that!

It's a gift card. There's not much more you can say. Better than reward zone gift certificates as this never expires

What can I say? Free is good right? Wish this was with every purchase and not just with the printer ink.
