Our 2 1/2 year old KitchenAide refrigerator developed a condensation problem by the ice maker. Geek Squad came out to diagnose the problem and determined that we needed a new door for the freezer. Unfortunately a new door was not available and the only solution was to get a new refrigerator. Luckily we had a 3 year service plan that we purchased when we bought the original refrigerator so we were able to get a new fridge. Of course they don’t make our model anymore so we had to upgrade at additional cost. The new model KitchenAide is also a “counter depth” size. The specs say it has a little less cubic feet than the old one but the interior layout allows for plenty of storage. The shelves in the door hold double the bottles and jars. We have only had the refrigerator for a short time but are very happy with it so far.

I purchased the "My Best Buy Plus Yearly Membership" because I purchased a Sony 85" TV. I already have a 65" Sony TV that I purchased at Best Buy but I wanted a bigger size to make a theater room. I am enjoying my 85" TV which has great sound and picture quality. The Plus Membership is very important to purchase because it gives you key perks in addition to the warranty. I am planning on upgrading to the "My Best Buy Total Membership. I love my Sony TVs and I am getting ready to purchase another Sony TV. I want to thank Best Buy for providing a great selection of Sony TVs with great prices.

I didn't expect to go to Best Buy today but I did. I was number 25 in line and got there 7 minutes before opening. I wasn't able to get an ETB but I did get 4 Booster Packs and 1 Mega Clefable Tin. Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I opened just the Tin and decided to hold the packs. On the last pack in the Tin, I oulled the chase. The Mega Greninja ex SIR... Speechless, all of the cards lined up in my favor. No pun intended but wow, everything aligned for me to get that Tin with the hit.

I’ve been using the Best Buy Plus Membership for a while now and honestly, it’s been amazing. The exclusive member deals alone have saved me so much money, especially on electronics and accessories I was already planning to buy. I also love the free 2-day shipping and the extended 60-day return window — it makes shopping so much less stressful. I feel like I can buy with confidence knowing I have extra time if I need to exchange or return something. Another huge plus is getting early access to special sales and popular products before they sell out. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership is absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely so happy I signed up for it!

Over all its pretty goodhad issue with what i had originally bought. It was an open box purchase. Found out after setting it up that the real rt speaker would not connect via bluetooth. Took it back and Mr. SCHOEMAKER THE MGR. TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING LIKE THE BOSS HE REALLY IS. VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE AND EVEN HAPPIER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED TO ME BY MR. SCHOEMAKER. GREAT JOB SIR GREAT JOB!!! OH sorry for the all caps...

★★★☆☆ I signed up for the Best Buy Plus yearly membership a couple of weeks ago after being told in-store that there would be exclusive member events and benefits. So far, I haven't received any invitations or information about any exclusive events, which was one of the main reasons I joined. The membership does offer discounts on certain products, but most of the deals I've seen haven't been on items I'm interested in purchasing. Because of that, I haven't found much value in the membership yet. It's not a bad program, but at this point I haven't noticed enough benefits to justify the cost. If the exclusive events and member perks become more active, I may change my opinion in the future.

The representative offered it to me while grabbing some Pokemon Cards. He said exclusive invites to purchase highly-sought items can happen with membership. A week later I get the invite to purchase a Prismatic Evolution SPC. That alone was worth the purchase and any other invites I get.

I had to have them come out 3 times to have them delivered the right washer and dryer. They sent the Spanish version of it. Finally the 3 time they brought the English one . For 3 weeks we had to look up what everything meant. And then they charged 139 more for the english. So watch what they order. And check when they bring to the house. I didn’t even know there was other languages bought mine in Frisco.

Quality is just ok. Once you open the door for freezer to take out any thing it becomes locked & difficult to reopen again for next few minutes. Due to this reason door handle becomes loose & finally came out from lower side. We were not expecting this so early as usually these problems start after few years. We really disappointed after buying this product from Best buy.

A two month test-drive, return/exchange, and price-match window is pretty hard to beat. The Plus membership is great “bang for your buck” value in today’s economy and I love using mine around the holiday season when purchasing gifts for family and friends. Thanks Best Buy!

I’ve had the older generation of these headphones, I like the fact that they’re lighter than other earbuds and stay in my ears. Good sound (I’m not an expert on sound) but good enough for me. The only issues I have is that on both, older and the new generations the microphone stopped working within a week so I can’t make phone calls while using them. I sometimes lose connection with my phone for a second if I’m being active but that doesn’t bother me. Also I’ve been having trouble connecting with the app to check the battery. Once again I wasn’t looking for state of the art headphones and just the fact that they fit my ears is good enough for me, as I’ve tried several other brands such as beats and apple earbuds (using the ear tips) and they kept falling off

I’m loving the two month instead of a week for return purchases. It gives me extra time to decide or find a better price if available, as well price match. While using your app, it keeps track of your likes for future lite discounts using my Best Buy plus. It’s nice to hear the respectable thank you for being a Best Buy plus member when you call Customer Service. Overall my Best Buy plus member has served its purpose for what I need. It’s extend time for an expense on a fridge decisions giving a 2 month whether I keep it or return it. When purchasing electronics without membership you have a limited time of days to return electric products. With my Best Buy plus it’s a 60 day on returns. If you like to shop at Best Buy, it’s well worth it.
