Signed up for Best Buy Total Membership recently (few weeks ago). I have already used it twice. Easy to make apptmt for quick turnaround, and both contacts at Greece W Ridge Store in NYS (Riccardo & Remy) have been extremely helpful. They upgraded my Windows 10 to 11, suggested uninstalling a virus protector I was carrying, as it was bogging down my computer, and recommended WebRoot. I was already carrying Carbonite for backups. WebRoot was an easy addition and my computer is working much faster as well. I am very happy with the services to date.

I have rural internet and this HP computer works very well with Cookson Hills internet. The camera features are very easy to use. I use it in my bedroom in a small closet. My daughter set it up for me as I am 80 years old and do not undertstand all its abilities. She says its far more than I will ever use. However, I do like its easy. She made short cuts for my easy to use. So far I really like just for my own personal. I am learning to do projects I have not done before. I like to review some work on line. So far nothing I dislike. Sales person Matt in Tulsa OK on 44th was the most helpful of people I talked with. Kudos.

I wanted to take these back on day one because the volume was low. I called my son and told him to drive with me back to Best Buy. He went into my computer settings and pressed volume up and now I’m loving these. Quality of sound and blocking out noise is superb.OMG it would have been the ultimate mistake yo take these back. Definitely will get my husband some of these for his bday in November.

I’m a member in Best Buy and also a member Greek squad I have my gaming lots of fix and the process was pretty quick before the due date so that’s pretty awesome I’ve been going to Best Buy for a while. Don’t remember, but it’s the best place to buy anything that you like. Good discounts. Also good employees they do a great job what they do five stars for me.

So far, I have been VERY HAPPY with the membership and everything that comes with it. Admittedly, I know almost NOTHING about computers, I've always been intimidated by, and weary of them, but we're now living in a world where I NEED one, and I need to learn how to use it. The GEEK SQUAD personnel have been instrumental in helping me to become proficient enough to use my laptop and to take full advantage of what it is capable of helping me with. And the security that comes with KNOWING that anything that goes wrong with the computer is covered by this plan is very reassuring. I highly recommend doing this.

Accidentally purchased total tech care , I actually went in to purchase a 16 inch MacBook prop which I accidentally purchased for shipping online . So when I called best buy customer service instead of canceling my order and the transaction taking 3 to 5 days to repost to my account they changed my order to pick up I went to the store and they didn't have it stock and available which at that point I called customer service back to see what my options were all of which included canceling so to my hesitation I did so only to come to the realization my cancellation turned into turned into a total tech purchase thank you for reading my rant

This membership is a money saver! Instead of having to purchase insurances for your items like phones and cameras it allows you to only pay the membership price and all of your devoces bought with them automatically covered with the membership. In total i have my smasung s25 plus, galaxy watch, two ring cameras, and a battery. Money saver and great perks!

This team is the best I have ever encountered. I’ve been a Totaltech member for three years and Geek Squad for 5-years before that. I call them primarily to help me out with technical issue with either my laptop or my printer or my phone. They are polite, easy to talk with, and they in turn are easily understood making sure that you’re completely satisfied before ending the connection. We enjoyed a bonus this year when we bought a major appliance and found that because we we’re Totaltech members we enjoyed an additional discount as well as free delivery and set up & an additional year on the warranty.

While I didn't initially sign up for Total, it's a reality that technology break and needs repair. This can be an expensive consequence, and it is fortunate to have a membership that covers these costs. I ended up spending hundreds less than I would have otherwise just by signing up! The service was great, the Geek Squad was helpful, and my laptop is working better than ever! While I haven't yet had a chance to sample all the membership perks yet, I still recommend this service to anyone who has electronics they need to keep in working order.

I love the fact we got the 179.99 package. It feels wonderful to go into the geek squad and they solve the problem immediately. We are very happy when we go into the store cause everyone is so very friendly and supportive and knowledgeable. All the employees are expert in the whole store. We love everything we bought at Best Buy and it’s top quality and we love the wide selection of everythin* they carry.

I never always buy at Best Buy Port Arthur, so that I can get the Geek Squad help if I need it. I forgot to do this review at the time, but now that I just bought a new (expensive) laptop, I want to share my experience about why buying Total Tech is the smartest move you will ever make. Update to a recent purchase and why I highly recommend Total Tech: My new laptop, a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, rates an A+, but it would not have without the Geek Squad, which was amazing! I cannot praise them enough for getting me through a difficult setup. Microsoft is being so intrusive now days that the average person is at their mercy to setup a device in a way that is acceptable and which successfully minimizes Microsoft's outrageously aggressive promotion of their products. Truly, as far as I am concerned, my Total Tech cost paid for itself with this one purchase because I more than likely would have returned this $2,000 laptop (hey, don't judge, it was the only model with the ports I needed) if it had not been for the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and patience of Jacob (Geek Squad Tech), Emily (Geek Squad Manager), and Michael (the employee who set me up with Jacob). They were all beyond amazing. I am a granny who has had a horrible few years (lost my husband after a horrendous 5 year struggle with aggressive dementia), and I struggle to cope with any stress these days. The Geek Squad employees at Port Arthur, Texas, just did everything they could to minimize my stress. I just cannot tell you how much I appreciated them. So, yes, the Lenovo Legion gets 5 stars, but it was because the Geek Squad gets 10. I HIGHLY recommend the Port Arthur Geek Squad and Best Buy Port Arthur, and, now that they did their magic to configure and customize my laptop, I am thrilled with it as well. Truly, getting Total Tech (for several years now, even while struggling to stay in my home while my husband was ill) was one of the best decisions I EVER made! I don't typically purchase extended warranties or subscribe to membership offers, however, I am glad that I opted to join the Best BuyTotal Membership plan. Within the first 30 days I have been able to get great service from the Geek Squad on numerous tech items! They added memory to my computer, backed up 2 old computers and transfered information from to my new. They helped me with new external storage, with my watch, phone and earbuds. The technicians were friendly and fast! I have a couple other "projects" and plan to use this service to its max!

Not only is this membership a real value but a life saver for my equipment and peace of mind. The Geek Squad are really awesome to work with. They really care about you and the problems you may have with equipment. I always recommend my friends here. They take what seems a heavy burden and lightens the load. Had a virus issue with my Samsung laptop. Geek Squad was very helpful in getting me the support I needed in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and polite. My only complaint is that the GS can't tune-up my Samsung Note10 smartphone that I bought from Best Buy b/c they don't have a contract with Samsung for the parts??

I purchased our membership in early October and have used it, gratefully and successfully, many times already. We are in our late 70s, purchased a new computer etc and while somewhat computer saavy, Geek Squad's assistance, patience and expertise getting us set up and running took the stress right out of it! Its a relief and comfort to know they are but a phone call or store visit away.

The My Best Buy Total membership is totally worth it. The exclusive member pricing alone helps me save a lot, and the included Geek Squad support has been a lifesaver for quick fixes and tech questions. I also love that my purchases are automatically protected, so I never have to worry about damage or issues down the road. Excellent value and service all around!

The membership is good if you buy something that would need protection, as you will receive 24 months protection with your Membership if you stay a member for the entire 24 months. However, some of the better benefits are no longer offered (free delivery, free installation and free haul away), which is not great. Geek Squad benefits are good.

I love this membership. The value is great for the help we have had for our computers and phones. We get check-ups a couple times of years and the Geek Squad is able to help clean up our devices and gives us recommendations without pressure. I would purchase the protection plan for ease of mind. I am always skeptical of purchasing such plans, however this plan has been a benefit for us as we have purchased it three years now. I highly recommend it, even if you are well versed with the ins and outs of electronics.
