Love my Kitchen Aide dishwasher! It looks great and I have lots of room in it!

Very professional and kind! They worked quickly and efficiently.

I am shocked at how quiet this dishwasher is! Lots of room inside and flex spaces.

My installation was particularly difficult as we added hardwood floors in the kitchen which made it really tight to get the dishwasher into the cabinet. The installation technician really went above and beyond to make sure it was installed and leveled perfectly!

The installers that came to install my dishwasher were amazing. They where nice, respectful, and helpful. They installed the dishwasher quick and even helped me get the old one outside.

Installation was quick and perfect, technician was very polite and answered my questions patiently.

Install was amazing. I was so nervous with brand new cabinets but the installer was friendly and took extra care I felt with the process. Wouldn’t hesitate for anything else to be installed by Best Buy.

The installers were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick with the installation. Only complaint that I had is I noticed their placement/length of our hose after they had left. Definitely not ideal for anyone lol should have checked while they were still here. But again, overall great job!

Purchased a KitchenAid 24" Control Top Dishwasher. The technician that delivered the washer was friendly, courteous, disposed of our old dishwasher, installed the new one. Everything I'd expect but seldom get when having appliances installed. He did not leave until he ran a short cycle to confirm all was working correctly. I would recommend The Best Buy Geek Squad installation team. They get 5 stars from me.

The installation team came in disconnected my old dishwasher, took it away and installed my new LG QuadPro ThinQ Dishwasher in less than an hour. They explained the basics to me, asked if I had any questions, and were completely professional at all times.

Nate and Ryan were terrific! They showed excellent professionalism during the install. They paid particular attention to detail, making certain everything worked properly. I would recommend Best Buy appliance install 100% especially if these two gentlemen show up.

Installers came right to our house and installed it quickly. Was definitely worth having them come than me trying to figure it out. I have zero plumbing skills, so it was great to know that it was just done right.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the dishwasher installation crew!! They arrived when they said they would. They knew what they were doing, tested everything and left the area neat and clean. Couldn't ask for better.

Before installation, Scott called me to let me know ETA. He called again to let me know he was running 20 min behind leaving previous installation. I was already impressed by his professional and courteous communication. Initial inspection they encountered the shut off valve to the dishwasher was frozen. My previous experience is technicians dont think outside the box to find workaround in order to finish the job. Scott said if we can shut off the main water we can still do the installation. He was patient while I figured out how to shut off the water. Meanwhile he discovered I needed an adapter. Again, another opportunity to walk away and tell me call us when it's fixed. But Scott happened to have the adapter in his truck which he used with no additional charge. Faced with challenges they chose to stick and stay and work around challenges using safe alternatives to get the job done. My goal was to surprise my husband when he got home from work. The last thing I wanted to happen was for him to get home and hand him a "honey do" list of items before dishwasher could be installed in another week's time. Thanks to my awesome installers, my goal was met! To top it off, they had a sense of humor. Upon completion they came out back to tell me my black dishwasher was installed. I ordered stainless steal. When I walked in to look, it was stainless steal. Scott gave a brief tutorial and shared helpful do's & don't tips based on his experience. I thanked them each with a tip as a token of appreciation and expressed how refreshing it is to receive customer service like theirs that delivers a customer experience leaving the customer not only satisfied but thankful they chose their service. This type of customer service turns satisfied customers into loyal customers. Thank you!

These guys were pros! Very efficient removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new dishwasher. Followed COVID guidelines. The installer said that I needed a new water line and shut off valve, ( to make the connection) and spent the time to make it right without any extra cost. I was very impressed. Super efficient and careful.

The delivery and installation was perfect! The service men were professional and polite. Installed without any issues and they removed my old dishwasher and hauled it away. Everything went smoothly.
