    Horrible waste of time

    Went to call for Tech help and the system said that I had to wait for 1 hour 53 minutes with no option of them calling back. The Chatbox online had no response or expectation of an answer. Lastly, I clicked on a button that said make an appointment and it looped me to the Chat Button with no option of making an actual appointment. I understand that all services get busy but at least show some respect to the customer and give a time or expectation with some options. Very Silly. I should not have bought the service. It was a waste of time.

    Good for savings, trash for service.

    Totaltech saved me some money on appliance installation but the Customer Service and Chat related to it is absolute trash. I have tried to use their chat that certainly knows that I'm a totaltech member as they thank me for it in their automated message. However, every time has been a long wait and every long wait ends with totaltech just exiting out of the conversation without having said anything and without allowing me to say anything. As soon as I'm at the front of the queue: gone!

    My remote session to clean up my laptop could not have gone better. The gentleman who restored everything to a condition bettter than before I got caught with a fake microsoft freeze, The session ended before I could write a review there, The tech was wonderful in every way I could ask for, He earned the 5 star review from me. The membership is worth every penny to me every year. .

    Always have problems since purchase with Total Tech. Write ceo, never get a response. Purchase last year. Used 4 times. 3 times, big problems, many, many calls. Terrible experience.

    Very happy with service and help with antivirus set up, tv mounting, printer set up and troubleshooting. Don'tknow where i would be without them

    Worth every Penny

    First i wanna thank Isaiah who works at the Newnan, Ga store for telling me about total and second I wanna thank Ashton from Geek Squad and her Geek squad crew for coming out doing such a great job on my home installation. The total-tech membership is worth every penny.
