i really really love being a tech support member i wished that i would have done this much much sooner ,benefits are way beyond and every penny of yearly benefits is worth it .i recommend to read the benefit and see to me it is a no brainer .

Since February I've been pleased with Best Buy Total Tech Support powered by Geek Squad. They truly do help when you need it , no matter whether you purchase a product or are just seeking advice.

You have to remember we're in very unusual circumstances at present. With that being said BestBuy has stepped up with excellent customer service. Your staff members set a standard of what customers appreciate and will always find a way back. Thank you so much!!! Stay safe!!

Total Tech Support has helped me so much. In addition to receiving great television set up service at home, being able to call the Geek Squad when I need assistance has been invaluable. I also know I have very good virus protection with Webroot.

Wish I could give this service 10 stars!! We are very old and do not have children to help us with technology issues. Fortunately we have this wonderful service. They are very knowledgeable and frequently resolve my issue over the phone. Always very polite.

A few years ago I purchased the yearly Geek squad plan- I LOVE it. I renew it each year and will be a member for life!! There are so many times I have needed to call and get help from a tech. Each time I call, it has been a perfect outcome.

I’ve had a couple things happen this year with my devices . And these guys fixed both of them in no time . Took less than three days for each repair. Ppl were nice and explained everything they did too and they added on their computer antivirus program as well.

One stop shop, very user friendly atmosphere, Great service. For 199 per year covers that were 4 home PCs for less than five dollars a month all three now updated and running exponentially faster with great service including Joseph, Gerald and Mike JF San Antonio Texas 281 and 1604 Best Buy

We purchased the Best Buy Total Tech Support membership. I highly recommend it. The Geek Squad has a wonderful support staff that has been very helpful transferring data from my old computer to my new computer. It is reassuring to have them in case of a problem.

The Protection Plan is highly recommended and it covers laptops, tablets, phones, etc. I made sure to make this an auto pay experience to keep this service going especially being a college student, virtual learning for myself and family, and of course protection.

This is my third year with the Geek Squad tech support. It has saved me many a headache. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Had my problems fixed and explained to me what was causing them in a mater of a few minutes. I will purchasse this support every year.

This has been my best purchase ever from Best buy. The qeek squad is so amazing! Everyone that has been to out house has been so helpful. We had a Ring Camera installed, a wifi extender installed and two TV's mounted in our bedrooms. The qeek squad is great!

For the whole year that I had it I actually had them fix stuff for me and find data that was lost on my hard drive and a lot more, I only canceled it this year due to budget rearrangement but will definitely get back to it

GEEK SQUAD CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO RESPOND, WOULDN'T YOU THINK THAT AT LEAST EVERY 2 MINUTES THEY COULD SHOOT YOU A LINE WITH I'M WORKING ON THE ISSUE I'LL GET RIGHT BACK WITH YOU? OR YOUR TEXTING WITH THEM BACK AND FORTH AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU SEE A MSG CALL ME, OFCOURSE THEY DO NOT OFFER A PHONE NUMBER! IM CONTINUALLY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY LAPTOPS AND GEEK SQUAD CAN'T TELL ME WHY OR FIX IT PERMANENTLY (TOUCHPAD NOT WORKING & MICROSOFT CONTINUOUSLY REQUESTING I LOGIN IN)!

Total Tech Support from Best Buy is a Total Winner! I've saved so much on my purchases and service calls since I bought it, which at that time had limited reach until about 7-8 months after it was first rolled out.

We have used our tech support a lot for all our devices. Even in this COVID time we were able to send in our computer for repair and they have been in contact with us about it. We are still waiting for the computer to be sent back, so may write more later about how it went.

I needed to call the second day after picking up my new laptop and I so glad I purchased the total tech support. It was a very good experience and problems solved and he cared to listen and help. These days that’s something rare!

I have not had the chance to use this yet except to receive my 20% off of AppleCare which is great saves a ton of money but I know all of the benefits that come with this and it’s going to be amazing for me and my family meaning totally worth the money!!!!!
