    I purchased this because my step-dad is in need of computer help that im not always able to give him . The staff and service have been excellent and im very pleased with the fact that everyone i have dealt with is very noligable and have answered and question big or small that I or my step-dad have had . I would definitely recommend this to anyone that isnt the most technically sound in certain aspects of electronics and computers.

    I have had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my Best Buy total plan. It has come in handy to use the services to repair the laptop I bought for my mom during her last months of life. The staff was able to fix the issues expeditiously in order for me to get it back to her for her enjoyment. The one price paid per year is totally worth it when you look at the possibility of extreme costs for repairs without this service. I made a great decision to purchase and have used the service of other occasions, saving me a lot of money. I would definitely recommend it.

    My recent purchase of a membership with the Geek Squad at Best Buy was a good decision. I was able to make an appointment, so no waiting in a long line. I was connected with a young man who was able to fix my problem on my tablet in minutes Next he looked for other potential problems. I was on my way home in no time. Now i have peace of mind for any future problems.

    I’ve had the Best Buy Total yearly membership for a while now, and it’s been more useful than I expected. The extended protection on purchases, free delivery and installation, and 24/7 tech support make a big difference, especially if you buy electronics regularly. I’ve already saved money on repairs and setup help, which easily offsets the membership cost. What I like most is the convenience — knowing I can walk into the store or chat with support and get help without extra fees. If you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year or own a lot of tech, this membership pays for itself and gives real peace of mind.

    Encouraging everyone I know to get and use this service! Best Buy makes having this service like being on first-class. They take care of all of my questions and orders and the staff in-store is alway more than helpful in finding what I need quickly. The added Geek Squad protection for all of my purchases makes it an easy choice when I’m looking at upgrading or purchasing new tech. Those who don’t have it, don’t know what they’re missing!

    I decided to purchase the My Best Buy Total™ membership because I was buying a $1,000 computer and wanted extra protection, and honestly, it has been a very good decision. From day one, the accidental damage protection gave me a lot of peace of mind when using my devices without worrying so much about something happening to them. Another point that really surprised me was the 24/7 technical support. It’s reassuring to know that if I ever have a question, I can contact them directly at any time. I’ve also taken advantage of an exclusive $5 discount on a recent purchase, which helps offset part of the cost of the membership. Overall, my experience has been very positive. I truly feel that I’m getting value for what I paid, and having my devices protected along with support available whenever I need it makes the membership absolutely worth it.

    I was not thrilled to have to make this purchase initially. I went into GeekSquad after my PC tower would not turn on. The fans would start and then it immediately would turn off. When I brought it in, they basically told me that the membership would likely end up costing less than whatever repairs were determined to be needed. 180 felt steep. But after everything that turned out to be wrong with my old pc, and the work that i had them do with my new one, it was absolutely worth the price. It covered all of my diagnostic, repair charges, and data transfers and now Im covered for the entirety of this year for any other device that may have issues. While it doesnt cover the cost of parts, it does cover services and that turned out to be a much better deal! Staff were fantastic through and through.

    I just found out that this warranty covers ANY product I purchase through Best Buy - from my Mac Airbook to a new refrigerator or washer/dryer - all for the same monthly price. So this will definitely be worth it as I am moving to a new home soon and will need new appliances. The warranty lasts as long as I maintain membership and covers damages, software issues, etc. So much more than standard warranties seem to cover. Very glad to have asked more questions about this before canceling. (It also saved me an additional $50 from a later on price match guarantee!)

    My best buy membership is a great deal it gives you a piece of mind when you buy a high priced tech item and the give you coverage against problems that may come about and there tech support is like no other that i have been apart of and the discounts you get are awesome. Getting free financing on a large item to pay over time is great also. Love having it .

    About a year ago I was getting ready to start school and needed a new laptop, I was unsure and uneducated on what would be the best fit for me. Thankfully, my husband took me down to best buy and I had a great experience. The staff was very well educated and did not try and force me into something that I did not need. I was only needing something that would get basic things done. Like logging into school power points to follow along in class, essays, the Web so I could do research and watch educational videos. I ended up purchasing the Samsung laptop which has done everything I've needed effortlessly. I did have some technical issues but that was cleared up quickly because Thankfully I also purchased a two year best buy warranty that allowed me to contact their "Geek squad" and let me tell you, they are life savers! I was able to get back to focusing on my education quickly.

    These guys are great. They are always willing to help and if the don’t have any answers, they will ask upper management for help. Basically buy all your electronic products at Best Buy. Something goes wrong, they got you covered. My wife’s iPhone screen protector cracked the other day and since we bought it at Best Buy they replaced it for free with my total membership.. I also left my beats in my pants pocket and wash them, I took it to Best Buy and they couldn’t help me out at that one but referred me to another Best Buy nearby or an apple store and I was able to get them replaced for only $29 since they have the AppleCare coverage. That’s what’s great, they work with all their manufacturers to help their customers out. Definitely recommend!

    My Best Buy Total has absolutely been worth it. The included protection plans alone make the membership pay for itself, especially on higher-end electronics and gaming equipment, and I love not having to think about adding separate warranties at checkout.     I’m happy with this program. I’ve used the Geek Squad quite a few times and they have always done an excellent job for me. It’s nice to have that piece of mind knowing that anything you buy from Best Buy has strong technical support behind it at no charge other than it’s annual fee. They also introduced me to Webb Root virus protection, which is just wonderful. I’ve been using it for three or four years now and have never had a virus issue since. It seemed like I was fighting off viruses at least once a year before that.

    Just bought a new computer and monitor from Best Buy. I used the Total membership to have the Geek Squad transfer files from my old computer to my new one. They did a good job and I had my computer back the day after I had them transfer the files. After I got the computer home I had some problems getting into my work email. I called remote support. The tech took control of my computer and resolved my issue in minutes. Well worth the membership, as I am not a computer guru.

    Took my Gaming Pc to GeekSquad because it was freezing, and I had to join the membership in order for them to work on it. They couldn’t find out what was wrong at first, they tested it and it didn’t freeze. So they gave it back to me I brought it home and it continued to freeze. I recorded it, showed them the video they told me to bring it back, they found out what the problem was, informed me and fixed it and also gave me ideas of things do to make sure it doesn’t freeze. Just bought a new TV as well and my membership helped me save money!!

    It works out great that my old HP PC now works after their cleanup. Also, appreciated the help getting my new DELL computer set up and running. Team is great and helpful. Well worth the annual fee. Only suggestion, you reopen location in Clarence, NY area - location of old best buy on Transit Road, Clarence - is very much missed. Would service Clarence, Lockport, etc.
