This membership is the smartest thing I’ve done all year. I can’t even count how many times I’ve used it over the last three months you pay absolutely no fees, except to buy a part if needed. I’ve had everyone of my devices refreshed maintenance. Viruses removed reset data checks you name it everything you can think of

If you stop to think about it, as I did, you probably buy a lot of tech, appliances, phones, audio visual, flood lights, smart home components, and on and on. It really adds up. And, if you're also like me, you serve as your family's purchaser and technical support for their items as well. For these reasons, I finally joined BB Total. Given that it includes Apple Care (something Apple charges extra for!), my Mac, iPhone, and Airpod purchases paid for my first year membership in those charges alone. I do most of my own tech repairs and programming, but I do love the ability to walk in and return an unfixable device and walk out with a replacement then and there. Try that with your favorite online retailer. Sure, I get it. BB Total is not for everyone who might buy one or two items every now and again. But if you're living in a home with a family and are making use of the latest technologies out there, you might be surprised at just how much you're buying. Getting it all from one location (that also price matches) and gives you extended warranties and other services for a flat fee that covers nearly everything, then BB Total becomes a pretty compelling consideration.

My initial experience with Total Care was not positive. I had an in-store meeting scheduled. When I showed up, I had to wait to finally talk to someone. Apparently, everyone was busy. So much for scheduled appts. The person I finally got to speak with was not from the Geek Squad/Total Care. He was a kid filling in from another dept and really had no business being there. He couldn't even answer the first question I had. Pressing a little further his only suggestion was to bring my PC into the store for support. It was a wasted trip to the store for a couple minutes of nothing. I'm willing to give Total Care another try. If my next encounter with Total Care is not productive I will cancel.

The My Best Buy Total membership has been worth every penny. The extended warranty and protection plans give me confidence when buying expensive electronics, and the tech support is super helpful whenever I have questions. I also appreciate the exclusive discounts and offers that help me save money throughout the year. If you shop at Best Buy often or want extra protection for your devices, this membership is a must-have.

The Geek Squad membership is outstanding. We purchased a new HP laptop computer and asked for our older laptop and tower PC to be merged onto the new laptop. Tyler Lovegren was our primary consultant who helped us through the process. He was patient, calm and knowledgable on the transfers. He did a great job with us at 65+ wanting this process completed.

The overall membership is highly recommended. The benefits, including member-exclusive pricing and unlimited Geek Squad assistance, provide excellent value. The extended protection plans on purchases also offer significant reassurance.

I have always bought all my electronics at BEST BUY.. its a security to find knowledgeable people and get great prices and KNOW all your products are protected!! We have so many things from BB ... I hope they don't succumb to the demise of brick and mortar stores like everyone else.

I renewed my membership because I had a really bad issue where a gaming pc had to be sent out for repair (motherboard) after 6 months of ownership. The PC came back looking like it was chewed up and dropped. Best Buy gave me a full cried for the original price. I was shocked and thankful.

I had 2 computers to clean and the cost to do both would have been much more than the membership. The computers work much better now - except they are on Windows 10 so becoming obsolete but that is not affected by this membership. The staff was pleasant and the computers were ready in a timely manner. The work seems to have been done well and both are faster now.

So far, a great investment. They transferred all my data from old laptop to new one perfectly. Then about a week later, I had trouble with a software installation and they fixed it free of charge as part of the agreement in about 10 minutes. Great service tech, very friendly and competent.

The free shipping, exclusive member pricing, and extended return windows already made it a good deal. But what really stood out to me was the early access to deals — I used it when buying my Dell desktop and saved money right away. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership basically pays for itself. I also like knowing I can get help faster with Geek Squad if I ever need it. Highly recommend the membership if you’re buying electronics or big-ticket items — especially computers or TVs.

5 stars if it was cheaper because I feel as though I was not getting much out of it. I saved a total of $100 but only because I went to Best Buy more because of my membership. The 24/7 tech support was nice.

This membership is great. The membership gives me peace if mind whenever I head into Best Buy to make a purchase, I know I am going to receive the best value on everything I buy. My Best Buy even helped keep the cost down when I had my computer fixed. Thank you Best Buy!!

My Best Buy Total membership is EVERYTHING!!! Everyone in my house has a pc, laptop, tablet, phone... The list goes on and on. The BBT covers all repairs. I've been a member for several years and it's well worth the price since one pc repair can cost more than the membership itself!

The mouse is an excellent tool for enhancing productivity. Using it for work allows for greater ease and precision when navigating through various tasks. It significantly reduces the strain on my hand, making it much easier to move around on the screen without experiencing fatigue. This comfort and efficiency contribute to a more enjoyable and effective work experience overall.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service that is available and how helpful the staff have been over chat. But what most surprised me was that the deals that are offered being a member are outstanding. I found something I was looking for that was significantly more affordable as a result of being a member. Simply put, I am grateful.

Saved my laptop from being a piece of scrap that needed to be replaced. They covered a faulty power input and battery and rescued my computer. I even was able to get a replacement computer while it was getting repaired and received all of my money back when I returned it.

This membership is a wonderful value to have someone who knows computers in and out available to help you is priceless. The folks are so patient and kind and, if you need to take your computer into them, they turn it around fast.
