    I really like being a total tech member. I have received tremendous value and support from this membership. Extended warranties is a really great benefit. Had major problems with the new computer and getting my printer to connect to it. And the Total Tech team/ Geek Squad was able to diagnose the problem and fix it.

    If you love tech, want peace of mind, and want a ease of use membership than I definitely recommend BestBuy's Total membership. this has proven very useful, especially with its VIP features like price match. This allowing you not only to get cheaper prices, but also great warranties along with protection through BestBuy.

    I've had this membership for years, even after all the "name changes", this membership is the real deal. I'm always happy to see the listing of how much money I'm saving using membership deals, especially with TVs. I just wish the "in-home" computer service was a "deal" too.

    Unlimited Geek Squad support brings peace of mind. This technical support service is important and invaluable when needed. I have had this membership for several years and will continue to utilize Geek Squad help. The additional warranty provided on Best Buy products is a welcome feature.

    I’ve had this membership for five years now every single time I go to Best Buy with every purchase comes with the #Warranty easy customer service. One time I bought a $1200 TV and it came with a #Warranty and the geek squad came to my apartment and melted my TV for me for free definitely worth the $200 a year

    I love having my membership it helps when you don’t have to have money upfront to take care of something usually covered by the policies of membership Anytime I’ve had a problem and had to use geek squad. It’s costing me nothing to have them look at it my laptop I have a plastic shield for my phone. It has a lifetime guarantee, and whenever I’ve gone in there to get a new one, it’s never been a problem.

    I recently had a problem with my membership expiring because my 92 year old mother passed away. I just didn’t remember to renew due to my emotional status. Once I recognized the expiration I quickly renewed my membership and asked to resume my membership privileges. I have always been a member along with a good customer. I have purchased every piece of electronic from Best Buy and is happy to continue our relationship in this very sad time for my family.

    After having the My Best Buy Total™ membership for a while, here's my quick and honest breakdown. The Upside: The real value is peace of mind. You get included protection plans (like AppleCare+ on Apple gear) and 24/7 Geek Squad support. For a single big-ticket purchase, like a new laptop or TV, the warranty alone can make the membership pay for itself. The 60-day return window is also a great, practical perk. The Downside: The main drawback is the price—around $180 a year. It's a steep cost if you aren't actually using the key benefits. If you're an infrequent shopper or don't need much tech support, you will likely not get your money's worth. The Bottom Line: If you're about to buy expensive electronics and value robust protection plans and on-demand support, it’s a strong contender. For casual shoppers, it's probably an easy pass.

    Could not be happier with signing up for the Best Buy Total Membership. Wish I'd done it sooner - already my bp is down :) I do not have to try to figure things out on my own. The store is close by, I can make an appointment on-line, the help is 100% amazing. I have already made my money back with all the things they've 'fixed' for me. One happy customer!!

    Having this membership makes me purchase everything I can through Best Buy. The ability to have products fixed/replaced, access to the Geek Squad, the promotions and the rewards makes the cost of the membership more than worth it! I have had nothing but great experiences having this membership.

    Computers just like cars are getting more complicated to use for us, let’s say more mature folks. I am up in age and teaching this old dog nee tricks is rough. The Geek team have been great to work with. They set up my new machine and updated all the apps and showed me how to move ovrr all my Microsoft 365 software. Great experience and great folks!

    I highly recommend getting the membership warranty to cover anything that you buy from Best Buy. They will cover any product that you buy. I have used it over and over and over again and it has saved me a bundle of money in the long run. It is well worth the price.I highly recommend.

    Perfect for gaming and streaming! I can have everything replaced any time that it needs fixed for free! Its a no-brainer! Plus the in-store credit card comes in clutch everytime with low payments and 2 years before interest starts. I literally recommend it to all my gamingband streaming friends religiously

    This membership has saved me a lot time and money over the past few months. It was originally recommended to me by Geek Squad a few months back when i needed a laptop repair, and when the motherboard came back shot, it covered the cost of the attempted repairs, and the data transfer to my new laptop. The price matching has also been a big help, and i've saved money with that part of the service, on top of the savings i get on products just for being a member. Furthermore, the 24 month protections it provides on all of my Best Buy products gives me an extra layer of Security that my various products will be safe and sound! Overall I am very heppy with the membership and it has provided me a great amount of value for the time i've had it

    The store clerk recommended this for $180. With it, we got to migrate the older lap lop info over for free instead of paying $140. In addition, we bought the lap top for $1,099, but we saw it on sale later for $679. This included price protection so we got a refund of $460 too.

    Great piece of mind and great extra added deals. Like a Sam’s club membership with free protection plans with your purchases. If you buy any devices from Best Buy, this is a must purchase! Got my washer, dryer, fridge, and PC from Best Buy and this will have my purchases covered with extra protections!

    I’ve been a member for multiple years and never once regretted the decision. The included extended warranties alone are worth the investment, not to mention the faster deliveries and longer return windows. This is without a doubt the best store membership I’ve heard of, and it’s easy to recommend to any semi-regular Best Buy customer.

    So glad I had it after having back to back computer issues. They were apparently quick fixes. I am having some problems again, as a MDiv student I am on my laptop all the time, so I am not surprised. It however does feel like some of the staff are not as capable as others, so my hope is that their team will do some skills training, or pass around projects based on skill ability.

    The staff at Best Buy Geek Squadu outstanding and very, very helpful; however, the AI answering system is not effective for customers and not understood by the staff, too, so Best Buy should integrate better by training staff. Many customers were inconvenienced due to the AI answering system - WE PREFER REAL PEOPLE as more efficient and positive for customer service.
