It includes Geek Squad protection on almost everything you buy while a member. For people who buy MacBooks, iPhones, and appliances in the same year, this is an incredible value. It also includes 24/7 tech support.

I had 2 computers to clean and the cost to do both would have been much more than the membership. The computers work much better now - except they are on Windows 10 so becoming obsolete but that is not affected by this membership. The staff was pleasant and the computers were ready in a timely manner. The work seems to have been done well and both are faster now.

I have always bought all my electronics at BEST BUY.. its a security to find knowledgeable people and get great prices and KNOW all your products are protected!! We have so many things from BB ... I hope they don't succumb to the demise of brick and mortar stores like everyone else.

I renewed my membership because I had a really bad issue where a gaming pc had to be sent out for repair (motherboard) after 6 months of ownership. The PC came back looking like it was chewed up and dropped. Best Buy gave me a full cried for the original price. I was shocked and thankful.

The mouse is an excellent tool for enhancing productivity. Using it for work allows for greater ease and precision when navigating through various tasks. It significantly reduces the strain on my hand, making it much easier to move around on the screen without experiencing fatigue. So far, a great investment. They transferred all my data from old laptop to new one perfectly. Then about a week later, I had trouble with a software installation and they fixed it free of charge as part of the agreement in about 10 minutes. Great service tech, very friendly and competent.

Chose the membership after comparing the other warranty options. Value seemed better than the other options. Although I have not used it at this time, it does provide me some reassurance that if anything goes wrong with my appliance, it will be replaced.

My initial experience with Total Care was not positive. I had an in-store meeting scheduled. When I showed up, I had to wait to finally talk to someone. Apparently, everyone was busy. So much for scheduled appts. The person I finally got to speak with was not from the Geek Squad/Total Care. He was a kid filling in from another dept and really had no business being there. He couldn't even answer the first question I had. Pressing a little further his only suggestion was to bring my PC into the store for support. It was a wasted trip to the store for a couple minutes of nothing. I'm willing to give Total Care another try. If my next encounter with Total Care is not productive I will cancel.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service that is available and how helpful the staff have been over chat. But what most surprised me was that the deals that are offered being a member are outstanding. I found something I was looking for that was significantly more affordable as a result of being a member. Simply put, I am grateful.

I had a great experience shopping at the Best Buy in Port Richey. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. The store was well-organized, and it was easy to find what I needed. Checkout was quick and smooth, and my purchase has been working perfectly so far. I’d definitely come back here for future purchases and recommend this location to others.

My Best Buy Total membership is EVERYTHING!!! Everyone in my house has a pc, laptop, tablet, phone... The list goes on and on. The BBT covers all repairs. I've been a member for several years and it's well worth the price since one pc repair can cost more than the membership itself!

This membership is great. The membership gives me peace if mind whenever I head into Best Buy to make a purchase, I know I am going to receive the best value on everything I buy. My Best Buy even helped keep the cost down when I had my computer fixed. Thank you Best Buy!!

The Membership is good, but the agent was rude when I picked up my computer. I did not remember the color of my computer, and it took them a long time to find it. And when I want to make sure it work. he said my 20 minutes were up. This was the 2nd time that I brought in the computer, and the 1st time they told me it was good, but it was not. I am in a customer service business and would never treat a customer loke that/

My membership has already come in handy. I used it to get my new laptop all set up. I enjoy having the security to know if something happens with my tech, I have a place to take it to get looked at and fixed.

I bought the membership and it paid for itself the first thing I did!! I had my data transferred from an old computer to a new one. They did an amazing job and everything was covered. It would have been more without the membership. :)

This membership has been highly valuable to me so far. I have been able to get my issues resolved and questions answered. The Geek Squad is both courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate both their honesty and professionalism. I feel confident that they will meet any future needs and have already recommended them to a few friends.

The Best Buy total protection service is a great tool to have. the service is excellent. The Best Buy customer service is top notch. We recently bought a new computer and the Best Buy total package. We had the service in Illinois for many years. Now that we are in Virginia we are continuing this very useful service. Thank You!

No problems I love it. It dries heavily loads quicker than I thought it would. Easy to use and settings are easy. My teenager has no problem with doing their own laundry and using the dryer efficiently. Easy on my gas bill. Quiet while in use and notification bell when dryer is done. We use permipress cycle and never have to iron.

Although I struggled to contact the store directly and that was very frustrating and could of been an unnecessary roadblock, my in store experience was great and everything went smoothly.

Saved my laptop from being a piece of scrap that needed to be replaced. They covered a faulty power input and battery and rescued my computer. I even was able to get a replacement computer while it was getting repaired and received all of my money back when I returned it.
