I signed up for the My Best Buy Total™ yearly membership, and it’s definitely been worth it. The tech support and protection coverage make things so much easier — I don’t have to stress about repairs or issues with my devices. The included antivirus and 24/7 support are nice bonuses, too. I’ve already used it for setup help and a quick troubleshooting question, and both times the service was fast and super helpful. If you buy electronics regularly or just want some extra protection for your gear, this membership pays for itself. Highly recommend for anyone who shops at Best Buy often or wants solid tech coverage.

I do think is a good membership. Think about it, for just about $200 A YEAR which is $16.67 a month you can have your your computer, and or Laptop fixed for free. MOSTLEY, now depending on what's wrong with it you might have to buy a part but you also get a TON of discounts so I think its worth it. Again everyone has there own opinions though.

Best Buy Total Membership gives you peace of mind for all your purchases, particularly for my top end HP laptop that I need dependable. The technological support by the Geek Squad is incredible and very friendly. They never give up. I had an IPad that started acting up, I tried to fix it from information on the web, then took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad who tried different things. Then I know for certain it was time to buy a new one for a competitive price. I hate to spend money unnecessarily. Best Buy gave me the confidence to get new one.

It’s a great value for the money, and gives peace of mind with protection on your devices, as well as the perk of having geek squad when needed. I have needed help and service from the geek squad and the team is very nice and helpful. They solved my problems promptly, and with ease. I recommend being a member with Best Buy. I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy and I love the selection, member pricing and promotions they offer.

This team is the best I have ever encountered. I’ve been a Totaltech member for three years and Geek Squad for 5-years before that. I call them primarily to help me out with technical issue with either my laptop or my printer or my phone. They are polite, easy to talk with, and they in turn are easily understood making sure that you’re completely satisfied before ending the connection. We enjoyed a bonus this year when we bought a major appliance and found that because we we’re Totaltech members we enjoyed an additional discount as well as free delivery and set up & an additional year on the warranty.

We’ve had this membership for several years, and we’ve used it in various ways on numerous occasions: to get computer support over the phone, computer and tablet support in person, to buy electronics and appliances, etc. The benefits outweigh the cost. We plan to continue our membership. If you have phones, tablets, computers, appliances, you’ll benefit from this plan. Also, you get a 2-year warranty with such products you purchase from Best Buy.

Best Buy Total is amazing and totally worth it. The return process is super easy, and having extra time to return items makes shopping feel stress-free. All the perks are really nice too, from added protection to member benefits that actually feel useful. It makes the whole Best Buy experience smoother and more enjoyable in my opinion!

I bought my membership because it was the cheaper option compared to the cost of a non-covered Geek Squad trip. However, since having it, I feel like every purchase I make with my Best Buy Total membership is a deal. I’m always surprised with random discounts and I’m happy for it. While I’m generally a self-sufficient consumer and I am careful with my tech, it’s nice knowing that for the next year that I own this membership, I can count on Best Buy Geek Squad to work on something if I’m in a pinch for time with my own projects and work. The membership is a little bit pricy, but if you shop here plenty, you will get back what you paid in discounts.

I absolutely love this membership. The Geek Squad for my Apple Watches up and running again. One had be locked for about a year and the newer Apple Watch 8 had not been activate for over two years. Verizon could not activate it either. After I bought 2 new laptops and purchased the membership and found out all the benefits, I have been totally utilizing it.

I came in looking for help with my son‘s PC. Akeem technician was the person that helped me. Not only did he do an amazing job explaining and fixing the PC. He had fantastic Customer Service he brought it out to my car for me as I have been injured at work. He is an amazing technician and associate you guys are lucky to have him.

This is a good deal if you are a Best Buy customer and buy all your appliances and electronics. I have it for a few year, the only downside is that they don’t include, home installation or services, like they use to. Keep in mind if you buy 70”+ inches tv or other equipment you must bring it to the store. In the past they pick up and give you home service

I like the membership to Best Buy Total because it is automatic coverage on anything that purchase in the store. And besides this feature, it allows me to have some Geek Squad services included too, thus allowing me to save on their labor when I had computer assembly work done. The package has saved me money over the years.

If you are not super knowledgeable about technology nor wanting to learn, this is probably the best thing you could get. Comes with unlimited visits to geek squad and it doesn’t cost you extra unless you need a part. They are very knowledgeable and you can go to any Best Buy location with it. If one geek squad is busy, you can just schedule an appointment at another Best Buy. Great service!

I never looked into a Best Buy membership before this year. I purchased a new computer and after I examined all the benefits this membership would afford me, I couldn't believe I didn't subscribe sooner. I feel a lot more inclined to try new tasks with my computer because I have the Best Buy Team behind me to support and correct my problems. Just great!

This membership has been more than worth it. It offers a very cost efficient yearly price. There are numerous perks to have thins membership. For example: warranties for your purchases, member only/early bird sales and deals, etc. My membership has paid for itself time and time again. I recommend anyone that is looking to make electronic purchases, strongly consider adding the total membership to the list.

I’ve had a really good experience with Best Buy Total so far. The extended warranty and tech support have been super helpful, especially with multiple devices at home. It’s nice not having to stress about repairs or troubleshooting, and the free delivery and member pricing are a solid bonus. Overall, it’s been totally worth it and has made shopping at Best Buy a lot easier.

My work laptop stopped functioning completely. Likely, I was in the middle of a systems update and my WIFI stopped working. I was in panic mode! I made my way to Best Buy and joined "Best Buy Total Membership." Their first step was to retrieve my data from the laptop - what a relief! Second step was to reinstall windows and several key applications. Wow! What a Relief. I was back to working in a day. Finally, the Best Buy Geek Squad reassured me throughout and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

When i 1st got it i was confused not going to lie and just accepted it when i was at the store and almost thought i was getting scammed later that night due to accidentally buying it without full understanding of what i purchased Little did i expect to see the even higher cost for my computer i dropped off at geek squad costed doubled of what i just paid for a member being entirely reduced to a wonderful 0.

I’ve waited to purchase a drone for years but finally got this one. When it first came I got a return with missing pieces but the store was super helpful in rectifying the error and two days later a new one came. The app is kind of trash like it was rushed with numerous simple spelling errors like cornected instead of connected cancle instead of cancel. Same with the manual, I have to go back to the store because after two hours of flight which was awesome to fly the camera gimble won’t recalibrate. Haven’t crashed or had hard landing so this sucks but still love having a drone. Only bought this one because bestbuy has zero drones with obstacle avoidance as an option. The front legs are longer than the rear which seems odd, why not have the rear the same length for LEVEL landing.
