    It was a very reasonable addition to the cost of having malicious malware/software removed from my laptop computer. I may not need to use it for this in the future, but it gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong within the next year I won't have that inital/upfront cost to have it looked at and fixed. I haven't had a chance to read and find out the additional advantages/features/perks it offers; and even if I don't use any of them in the upcoming year it's worth the peace of mind it is giving me.

    Worth the yearly fee when u have problems. Tech fixed issue after I called HP first & not Best Buy. Got scammed & had to change my bank accounts too. Thank you for the knowlege to fix any issue with printer & laptop. Once again, Best Buy has the Best service.

    Would not have been able to utilize our new purchase without access to this membership. Although, there was not much of a choice if we didn't purchase it because we would have had to figure it out on our own not knowing what to do. Purchasing was a no brainer

    Hard to find printer ink & membership purchases

    My initial purchase was ordered on line with in store pick up of hard to find ink for my old printer. I then had a discussion with a sales person who will be helping me purchase a new lap top & printer, so I already bought a membership with Geek Squad support to set up everything when I make the next purchases very soon.

    This membership is a real value for anyone especially senior citizens. The Geek Squad is the best and I can depend on them for help. They've already helped in a big way in transferring photos from my old desk top to my new Lenovo Idea Pad and the cost was included in my membership. The membership was a wise decision on my part. Thank you Geek Squad

    The membership has already paid for itself. I had several issues. I visited the geek squad several times over the span of five days. They were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. The geek squad was helpful in selecting a new computer since my old one was outdated and needed serious updates which my old computer could not handle.

    One of the best decisions my wife is happy with. Ha ha. This Total membership plan is a steal and has awesome perks. I am a card holder and Total Plus Member. These electronics will fail and its safe to have a warranty that will replace your product with a new one. Im happy with the decision I made. My electronics and T.V.'s are protected. Especially when you have little ones whonlike to throw things..

    I have been delighted with the customer service - ie the professionalism of the attendees in the Geek Squad in the State College, PA store. This autumn, the helpers - male and female were comfortable with themselves and the public, knowledgeable and were open to questions and repeated explaining. I purchased a total tech package in response to my good experience.

    Well worth the investment if you shop at best buy. Ive been a member for years off and on. The only downfall is the membership used to offer tv mounting free with purchase from best buy but apparently consumers wrongly took advantage of this benefit. I hope best buy reinstates this benefit if you have proof of purchase

    I’m a big fan of the Total Membership. I have experienced a failure of headphones and a Blu Ray player. All of which were replaced promptly. Also I bought some higher end audio and tv equipment and with that their installation services. I would rate that top notch and very helpful with follow up calls and visits.

    This product provided increased flexibility for my iPad Pro. This provided me with the capability to hook up a device that allowed me to remotely do a visual presentation and change the slides as necessary while not having to use the computer itself.

    Having coverage on our appliances is a blessing as when something goes out it normally cost an arm and a leg to repair where we just have to buy a new one so this coverage has been great to have and I have used it with a washing machine and ended up paying nothing out-of-pocket.

    Outstanding in-store (Salem, NH) Geek Squad/Customer Service. Ray took the time to understand my needs ad made several suggestions on possible options. I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options. Ray also waited on me more recently on another technical matter (also at the Salem, NH store) and once again he took the time to listen and suggest possible actions. Outstanding effort on his part. Most Highly Recommend Ray !

    I love having the best buy protection as they covrr anhthing I buy from them. I have actually had to use this twice and had no issues at all, way better then going through normal warranties. Thia is a must have with all electronics! Mucrowave, cell phones, mp3, ipad, labtops, tvs all what I have bought at verizon.

    This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

    I have always appreciated the benefits of my membership. Over the years with the expert service for my televisions, computers and all other electronics and appliances in Miami, San Jose, and now Waynesville NC. My most recent purchase of a washer and dryer delivery had the service people wearing shoe coverings and checking that everything worked and stayed to explain all the features and how to use them with my new appliances.

    It was a good move for me, for $170/year. My wife bought a new laptop which would have costed $99 to transfer all data from her old one. I had problems with my phone not able to get emails $40 , I had a problem with my laptop would have been $40. Right now I am ahead of the cost. I would highly recommend this

    This membership may be a good value, time will tell...I was not told until after I committed to the membership by having my Card swiped....I may have reconsidered had I know of the High Price with this option and the automatic reaccuring yearly charges...I believe all info should be given up front so the proposed member feels he is tgruly entering into a valid partnership...Leaves a hollow feeling after the fact...

    This is an exceptional membership. I inadvertently cancelled the membership and realized I’d made a grave error! Having high retail products without the membership will cause great inconveniences when things break or don’t work properly. Get the membership and worry less!
