I am very happy that I paid for the Best Buy Total to have me new laptop set up by the Geek Squad. They copied everything I needed from my old laptop to the new one, making the transition very easy for me. When I needed help trying to load another program a few days after bringing it home, I easily made an appointment and got the help I needed. While it has been helpful so far, it cost much more than I was expecting because it is for a whole year. I do not anticipate needing help with the laptop again, as it is new. I would have liked an option to just pay to have the computer setup done without being obligated to purchase the whole "package".

I’ve waited to purchase a drone for years but finally got this one. When it first came I got a return with missing pieces but the store was super helpful in rectifying the error and two days later a new one came. The app is kind of trash like it was rushed with numerous simple spelling errors like cornected instead of connected cancle instead of cancel. Same with the manual, I have to go back to the store because after two hours of flight which was awesome to fly the camera gimble won’t recalibrate. Haven’t crashed or had hard landing so this sucks but still love having a drone. Only bought this one because bestbuy has zero drones with obstacle avoidance as an option. The front legs are longer than the rear which seems odd, why not have the rear the same length for LEVEL landing.

So glad I had it after having back to back computer issues. They were apparently quick fixes. I am having some problems again, as a MDiv student I am on my laptop all the time, so I am not surprised. It however does feel like some of the staff are not as capable as others, so my hope is that their team will do some skills training, or pass around projects based on skill ability.

Absolutely love the membership. It catches all your purchases. You get points notifications on product sales a protection plan and discounts. How can you not pass up this plan it is so worth it! Best thing BBUY came up with. My son bought his own products moving out applied for BBUY card told him make sure you get total card, best money u will ever spend. I personally have saved thousands over the whole time for the past 5 years now. I currently have $1300 in savings this year. Had to use Geek Squad for hard drive replacement made appt part was in quick service all because I had total package. Best money ever spent for the convenience.

I’m really not talking about my membership, but about Best Buy’s customer service. I walked into my house to find my husband on the phone with hackers taking over my computer. I had him end the session (!), and immediately contacted my banks, and headed to Best Buy. I was near tears, and emotional. The young lady that created me at the door was wonderful. She took care of helping me to secure my pc that I had brought, scrubbed my iPads, and helped me to purchase a new All-in-one to replace my old outdated pc. Her care and concern was so terrific!!! I Purchased a Dell computer at Best Buy with the features I sought at a very reasonable price. In my past purchases of new computers, the migration of data from my old to new computer was difficult and very time consuming. Best Buy Geek Squad Membership enables me to transfer Data from my prior desk top and laptops to my new computer. To have this done quickly and professionally is for me more than worth the cost of Geek Squad membership. I anticipate that I will also utilize other services provided by this membership adding to the value of the Geek Squad membership.

This membership is the pinnacle. I rest assured that if anything is ever dynamically uncontrolled with my computer, I can take it in to the Geek Squad and they are fast to fix the issues in the most professional manner. They are very knowledgable and explain what the issues are so that I understand. And with all of the value you have with this card, my total buying experience at Best Buy is superb!

Worth every penny. I broke my laptop, and the protection plan allowed to tobfully replace it with a brand new one. As far a device protection and service benefits go, this is a great service. My only negative is that the premium deals aren't very good (10$-20$ off expensive product). I barely notice a different in price compared to non "total-plus member" deals.

This membership has saved me a lot time and money over the past few months. It was originally recommended to me by Geek Squad a few months back when i needed a laptop repair, and when the motherboard came back shot, it covered the cost of the attempted repairs, and the data transfer to my new laptop. The price matching has also been a big help, and i've saved money with that part of the service, on top of the savings i get on products just for being a member. Furthermore, the 24 month protections it provides on all of my Best Buy products gives me an extra layer of Security that my various products will be safe and sound! Overall I am very heppy with the membership and it has provided me a great amount of value for the time i've had it
